Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan rencana strategis
pengembangan dan ekspansi lini kabel
high voltage,
Perseroan telah menerbitkan Obligasi I Voksel Electric
Tahun 2019 pada tanggal 13 Desember 2019. Melalui
emisi obligasi yang mendapat peringkat idA- dari
PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) tersebut,
Perseroan berhasil menggalang dana sebesar Rp500
miliar yang digunakan untuk modal kerja.
To support the implementation of strategic development
and expansion plan of high voltage cable, the Company
has issued Voksel Electric Bond I on December 13th,
2019. Through the issuance of bond which was ranked
idA- by PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo), the
Company has succeeded to raise Rp500 billion which will
be used as working capital.
