Support – MDU Jaringan, IBEA 2017, QCC Tingkat Nasional,
Forum TKMPN (Temu Karya Mutu dan Produktivitas
Nasional) & IQPC (International Quality and Productivity
Convention) 2017 kategori Gold, di Padang.
Di sisi lain, Dewan Komisaris juga mengapresiasi
komitmen Manajemen dalam penggunaan konten lokal.
Selain sebagai bentuk kepatuhan terhadap peraturan
perundang-undangan,
penggunaan
konten
lokal
juga diharapkan dapat mendukung
supply chain
dan
kehandalan proses produksi Perseroan. Dalam aspek
non-keuangan, Dewan Komisaris menilai Perseroan
berhasil mencatat peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.
Pada tahun 2017, Perseroan berhasil memperoleh dan
mempertahankan beberapa sertifikasi dan pengakuan
standar kualitas operasional antara lain ISO 9001:2015,
ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 serta PROPER dari
Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup yang menunjukkan
pengelolaan aspek operasional di Perseroan telah sesuai
dengan
best practice
dan ketentuan yang diatur oleh
pihak Regulator.
Penilaian Terhadap Kinerja Direksi Tahun 2017
Dewan Komisaris menilai Direksi telah berupaya optimal
dalam mengatasi setiap tantangan yang terjadi di tahun
2017 dan menghasilkan kinerja yang sangat baik bagi
Perseroan.
Terkait kinerja Perseroan, Dewan Komisaris menilai
Manajemen berhasil mengatasi 2 (dua) tantangan
utama yang terjadi selama tahun 2017 yaitu tingginya
permintaan kabel dari proyek infrastruktur Pemerintah
dan ketidakpastian jadwal pengiriman
(delivery)
.
Sebagai upaya menghadapi tantangan tersebut, Dewan
Komisaris telah berperan dalam mengawasi dan
menghimbau Manajemen untuk melaksanakan investasi
yang terukur dan tetap menjaga likuiditas serta fokus
untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi pabrik dan
kehandalan mesin dengan menggunakan mesin dengan
teknologi yang lebih tinggi. Dewan Komisaris juga telah
mengingatkan Manajemen untuk terus memperbaiki
inventory
management
dan
mengawasi
tingkat
kolektibilitas piutang.
Berkat implementasi strategi yang baik oleh Direksi dan
seluruh Manajemen, pada tahun 2017, PT Voksel Electric
Agency), The Best Electrical Support – MDU Network,
IBEA 2017, QCC National Level, TKMPN (National Quality
and Productivity Project Conference) Forum & IQPC
(International Quality and Productivity Convention) 2017
for Gold Category, in Padang.
On the other hand, the Board of Commissioners also
appreciated Management’s commitment in using
local contents. Besides compliance with the Law, local
contents use is also expected to support supply chain
and reliability of the Company’s production process. In
non-financial aspect, the Board of Commissioners views
the Company has successfully recorded significant
improvements. In 2017, the Company managed to obtain
and maintain operational quality certification and
standard recognitions, among others, ISO 9001:2015, ISO
14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and PROPER by Ministry of
Environment indicating operational aspect management
in the Company has complied with best practice and
regulations applied by the Regulators.
Evaluation on Board of Directors Performance 2017
The Board of Commissioners assessed the Board of
Directors has delivered optimum effort in overcoming
every challenge in 2017 and achieved excellent
performance of the Company.
In terms of Company’s performance, the Board of
Commissioners evaluated the Management has
successfully solved 2 (two) main challenges in 2017, which
were high cable demand from Government Infrastructure
Project and uncertain delivery schedule. As initiatives to
overcome these challenges, the Board of Commissioners
has contributed insupervisingandgiving recommendation
to the Management to place measurable investment
while also maintain liquidity and focused to increase
production capacity of our plants and reliability of our
machines by using machineries with more sophisticated
technology. The Board of Commissioners also has warned
the Management to continuously improve inventory
management and monitor receivables collectability.
Thanks to good strategy implementation by the Board of
Directors and all Management, in 2017, PT Voksel Electric
