Human Capital
Perseroan memandang sumber daya manusia sebagai
salah satu aset utama yang mendukung kelangsungan
dan keberhasilan usahanya di industri kelistrikan
dan telekomunikasi yang sarat teknologi dan terus
berkembang pesat. Atas dasar itulah Perseroan
berkomitmen
untuk
mempekerjakan
karyawan
profesional, kompeten, dan berkualitas demi mencapai
tujuan dan sasaran usahanya.
Perseroan menjalankan proses perekrutan yang sangat
selektif sesuai asas-asas keterbukaan, kewajaran dan
kesetaraan berdasarkan kebutuhan, serta kompetensi,
karakter, dan kepribadian calon karyawan. Perseroan
juga fokus pada program peningkatan kompetensi
karyawan, termasuk dalam pengembangan karier
untuk membangun tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan
profesional sekaligus budaya organisasi yang unggul.
Komposisi Karyawan
Hingga 31 Desember 2019, Perseroan mempekerjakan
1.064 karyawan (tidak termasuk karyawan anak
perusahaan), naik 1,24% dibandingkan tahun 2018
sebanyak 1.051 karyawan dengan tingkat perpindahan
karyawan 0,03%. Tak hanya itu, sebanyak 99,62% dari
total karyawan Perseroan adalah tenaga kerja lokal.
Komposisi karyawan berdasarkan jabatan, pendidikan,
status kepegawaian, dan usia adalah sebagai berikut:

order to achieve its goals and objectives.
The Company carries out a very selective recruitment
process according to the principles of transparency,
fairness and equity according to needs, as well as
competency, character, and personality of employee
candidates. The Company also focuses on competency
development program for employees, including career
development to establish a competent and professional
employees as well as superior organization cultures.
Employee Composition
As of December 31, 2019, the Company has recruited
1,064 employees (not including subsidiaries’ employees),
increased by 1.24% compared to in 2018 which was
1.051 employees with a turnover rate of 0.03%. In
addition, 99.62% of the Company’s employees were
local manpower. The employee composition based on
position, education, and employment status, and age are
