Non-Current Assets
The company recorded non-current assets of Rp747.04
billion in 2019, increased by 29.93% compared to
Rp574.96 billion in the previous year. The increase was
caused by the increase in fixed assets for HV project.
Liabilities
As of December 31, 2019, total liabilities of the Company
are Rp1.92 trillion, increased by 22.75% compared to
Rp1.56 trillion in 2018. The increase was caused by the
existence of bond funds.
Short-Term Liabilities
As of December 31, 2019, the Company’s short-term
liabilities are Rp1.28 trillion, decrease by 14.20%
compared to Rp1.50 trillion in the previous year. This
condition was caused by the settlement of short-term
bank loan and account payables.
Long-Term Liabilities
As of December 31, 2019, the Company’s long-term
liabilities are Rp633.51 billion in 2019, increased by
Rp568.16 billion compared to Rp65.35 billion in 2018.
This condition was caused by the existence of a matured
bonds in 3 years and 5 years.
Equity
As of December 31, 2019, the Company’s total equity
are Rp1.11 trillion, increased by 20.27% compared to
Rp922.63 billion in 2019. This condition was caused by
the increase of company profit.

year that ends on December 31, 2019 and December 31,
2018 are as follows:
Aset Tidak Lancar
Perseroanmencatatkan aset tidak lancar sebesar Rp747,04
miliar di tahun 2019, naik 29,93% dibandingkan Rp574,96
miliar pada tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan ini disebabkan
oleh meningkatnya aktiva tetap untuk project HV.
Liabilitas
Per 31 Desember 2019, total liabilitas Perseroan adalah
sebesar Rp1,92 triliun, naik 22,75% dibandingkan Rp1,56
triliun pada tahun 2018. Kenaikan ini disebabkan oleh
adanya dana obligasi.
Liabilitas Jangka Pendek
Per 31 Desember 2019, liabilitas jangka pendek
Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp1,28 triliun, turun 14,20%
dibandingkan Rp1,50 triliun dari tahun sebelumnya.
Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh pelunasan hutang bank
jangka pendek dan pelunasan hutang usaha.
Liabilitas Jangka Panjang
Per 31 Desember 2019, liabilitas jangka panjang
Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp633,51 miliar di tahun 2019,
naik Rp568,16 miliar dibandingkan Rp65,35 miliar pada
tahun 2018. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh karena adanya
obligasi yang jatuh tempo 3 tahun dan 5 tahun.
Ekuitas
Per 31 Desember 2019, total ekuitas Perseroan adalah
sebesar Rp1,11 triliun di tahun 2019, naik 20,27%
dibandingkan Rp922,63 miliar pada tahun 2019. Kondisi
ini disebabkan oleh kenaikan laba dari perseroan.
