Throughout 2019, no divestment, business merger/
consolidation, debt/capital acquisition or restructuring
occurred that can be disclosed in this Annual Report.
In the midst of an uncertain and challenging economic
and industrial condition, Voksel has succeeded to record
a net revenue of Rp2.67 trillion, equivalent to 81% of the
net revenue target set for the year which was Rp3.29
trillion. The company has also recorded a profit of
Rp208.25 billion, in accordance with the target profit set
for 2019. In terms of capital structure, the debt to equity
ratio went up from 0.74 in 2018 to 0.91 in 2019 due to the
issuance of bonds worth Rp500 billion.
Sepanjang tahun 2019 tidak terjadi divestasi,
penggabungan/peleburan
usaha,
akuisisi
atau
restrukturisasi utang/modal yang dapat diungkapkan
dalam Laporan Tahunan ini.
Di tengah kondisi perekonomian dan industri yang penuh
ketidakpastian dan cukup menantang, Voksel berhasil
membukukan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp2,67 triliun,
setara dengan 81% dari target pendapatan bersih sebesar
Rp3,29 triliun yang ditetapkan untuk tahun tersebut.
Perseroan pun berhasil membukukan laba sebesar
Rp208,25 miliar, sesuai dengan target laba yang telah
ditetapkan untuk tahun 2019. Dalam hal struktur modal,
rasio utang terhadap ekuitas mengalami peningkatan
dari 0,74 di tahun 2018 menjadi 0,91 di tahun 2019 yang
disebabkan oleh penerbitan obligasi senilai Rp500 miliar.
Industrikabelmemilikiprospekyangsangatbaikdalam5-10
tahun ke depan. Sebagai negara berkembang, pemerintah
masih fokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur, termasuk
di bidang kelistrikan dan telekomunikasi. Tak hanya itu,
perpanjangan tenggat penyelesaian proyek 35.000 MW
dari 2019 menjadi 2029 merupakan hal yang positif
karena turut menjamin keberlanjutan usaha Perseroan
dalam jangka panjang. Rencana pemindahan ibu kota
ke Kalimantan Timur juga merupakan sebuah peluang
strategis yang akan dijajaki Perseroan ke depannya.
Pesatnya perkembangan informasi teknologi di beberapa
tahun terakhir serta peralihan dari 4G ke 5G juga akan
meningkatkan permintaan terhadap berbagai jenis kabel
fiber optic
secara signifikan. Dengan kapabilitas dan kapasitas
produksi yang besar serta didukung PT Cendikia Global Solusi
(CGS) selaku Entitas Anak yang bergerak di bidang tersebut,
Perseroan berada di posisi strategis untuk menjawab
kebutuhan tersebut secara efektif dan efisien.
Selain itu, dengan visi dan misi baru yang memposisikan
Voksel sebagai sebuah perusahaan penyedia solusi
perkabelan total kelas dunia, Perseroan kini dapat
mengembangkan usahanya dengan lebih fleksibel
sesuai dinamika pasar dan industri. Berbagai produk
Cable industry has an exceptional business prospect
in the next 5-10 years. As a developing country, the
governments are focusing on infrastructure construction,
including power and telecommunication. Not only that,
the extension of the 35.000 MW project completion from
2019 to 2029 is a positive factor that will ensure the
Company’s long-term sustainability. The plan to relocate
the capital to East Borneo is also a strategic opportunity
to be explored by the Company.
The rapid development of information and technology in
the recent years as well as the transition of 4G to 5G will
also increase the demand of fiber optic cable significantly.
With a high production capability and capacity as well
as the support from PT Cendikia Global Solusi (CGS) as
Subsidiary that engages in the field, the Company is in a
strategic position to answer the demand effectively and
efficiently.
Furthermore, with the new vision and mission that
puts Voksel as a global cable provider, the Company
can now develop its business according to the market
and industrial dynamics. Various potential products
and services with strategic value will also be developed
