Industrial Relation
Perseroan menyadari perlunya terjalin komunikasi dua
arah yang harmonis antara Perseroan dan karyawan
guna dapat mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Perseroan
memberi dukungan kepada karyawan untuk berserikat
dan berkumpul, serta menyampaikan aspirasi melalui
wadah yaitu Serikat Pekerja. Selain itu, Serikat Pekerja
juga berfungsi sebagai perantara penyelesaian perselisihan
hubungan industrial danmewakili karyawan dalam lembaga
kerja sama bipartit dan lainnya.
Hubungan industrial di Perseroan selama tahun 2020
berjalan harmonis. Perseroan berupaya menjaga iklim
lingkungan kerja agar tetap kondusif dan harmonis selama
masa pandemi COVID-19. Prinsip Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM)
menjadi dasar bagi Perseroan dalam menjalin hubungan
industrial. Perseroan menghargai kehidupan seluruh insan
Perseroan sehingga mempertahankan mereka semua dan
tidak ada Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Selain itu,
tantangan selama tahun 2020 juga tidak mengakibatkan
pengurangan remunerasi kepada karyawan. Perseroan telah
menetapkan remunerasi di atas Upah Minimum Sektoral
Kota (UMSK).
Seluruh karyawan dilindungi oleh Perjanjian Kerja Bersama
(PKB). Serikat Pekerja sebagai perwakilan dari karyawan dan
pihak manajemen setiap 2 tahun sekali memperbarui PKB.
Hak dan kewajiban hingga kebijakan hubungan industrial
lainnya antara karyawan dan Perseroan tertuang dengan
adil di PKB yang telah disetujui bersama.
The Company realizes the importance of maintaining
a harmonious two-ways communication between the
Company and its employees in order to support its business
sustainability. The Company supports its employees to
unite and associate, as well as delivering apirations through
Labor Union. Furthermore, the Labor Union also functions
as a mediator to settle industrial relation differences and
represents the employee in bipartite labor institution and
others.
Industrial relation in the Company throughout 2020 was
harmonious. The Company strives to maintain a conducive
and harmonious working environment throughout the
COVID-19 pandemic. Human Rights principles become the
basic for the Company to engage in industrial relation. The
Company appreciates the lives of all the Company employees
by preserving its current employees and not terminating
their employment (PHK). Furthermore, the challenges in
2020 did not reduce employees remuneration. The Company
has determined the amount of remuneration above the City
Sectoral Minimum Wage (UMSK).
All employees are protected by the Collective Labor
Agreement (CLA). Labor union, as representative of
employees and management updates the CLA every 2 years.
The rights and obligations to other industrial relations
between employees and the Company is stipulated fairly in
the CLA and have been collectively agreed.
