He is a Japanese citizen born in 1959. In 1983 he graduated from
Law Faculty of Meiji Gakuin University – Tokyo, Japan. He joined
Showa Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd since 1983. In 1986 he joined
Sales Division of the International Departement. He had worked at
SWCC Showa (S) Pte., Ltd in Singapore from 1995 – 2002. From
2002 – 2010, he worked at Exsym Corporation (under SWCC Showa
Holdings Co., Ltd.), and he is currently a Director and the General
Manager of Corporate Strategy Planning Department of SWCC
Showa Holdings Co., Ltd. since 2011. He was appointed as
Non-Resident Director of the Company since 2011. In 2014 AGMS
(Annual General Meeting of Shareholders), he was re-appointed as
Voksel Non-Resident Director.
Duties and authorities:
Lead the Company in issuing the Company’s policies, approves the
Company's annual budget and submits a report to shareholders
regarding the Company's performance.

Warganegara Jepang, dilahirkan pada tahun 1959. Pada tahun
1983 lulus dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Meiji Gakuin – Tokyo,
Jepang. Bergabung dengan Showa Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd.
Japan sejak tahun 1983. Pada tahun 1986 menjabat di International
Department bagian Sales Division. Di tempatkan di Showa (S) Pte.,
Ltd Singapore sejak tahun 1995 – 2002. Tahun 2002 – 2010
menjabat di Exsym Corporation (di bawah SWCC Showa Holdings
Co., Ltd.), dan sejak tahun 2012 sampai sekarang menjabat sebagai
Direktur dan General Manager Corporate Strategy Planning
Department di SWCC Showa Holdings Co., Ltd. Beliau menjabat
sebagai Non – Resident Direktur Perseroan sejak tahun 2011. Pada
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tahun 2014, beliau
diangkat kembali menjadi Non- Resident Direktur Perseroan.
Tugas dan wewenang :
Memimpin perusahaan dengan menerbitkan kebijakan-kebijakan
Perseroan. Menyetujui anggaran tahunan Perseroan dan
menyampaikan laporan kepada pemegang saham atas kinerja
Perseroan.
