Output dan Kapasitas Produksi
Pada tahun 2014, output produksi Perseroan dalam satuan berat
aluminium sebesar 16.051 ton, menurun 25,0% dibandingkan
dengan output 2013 sebesar 21.412 ton dikarenakan penurunan
penjualan kabel listrik terutama untuk kabel jaringan transmisi.
Sedangkan output produksi kabel tembaga di tahun 2014 sebesar
6.027 ton menurun 11,7% dari tahun 2013 sebesar 6.829 ton. Untuk
kabel serat optik, output produksi meningkat 13,6% dari tahun
2013 sebesar 1.005.972 Fkm menjadi 1.142.833,5 Fkm di tahun 2014
dikarenakan dikarenakan meningkatnya proyek telekomunikasi.
Kapasitas produksi Perseroan untuk alumunium & tembaga di
tahun 2014 sebesar 27.600 ton & 9.600 ton masih sama dengan
kapasitas produksi tahun 2013. Kapasitas produksi untuk kabel
serat optik pada tahun 2014 juga sama dengan kapasitas tahun
2013 yaitu sebesar 1.600.000 Fkm.
Berdasarkan segmen usaha, di tahun 2014 Perseroan mencatat
penjualan kabel listrik sebesar Rp. 1.549,6 milyar atau turun 25,3%
dibandingkan tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 2.073,0 milyar. Penjualan
kabel telekomunikasi mengalami kenaikan sebesar 30,5% dari
Rp. 277,5 milyar di tahun 2013 menjadi Rp. 362,1 milyar di tahun
2014. Penjualan lain-lain mengalami penurunan dari
Rp.160,3 milyar di tahun 2013 menjadi Rp. 91,6 milyar di tahun 2014.
Laba kotor Perseroan per segmen usaha di tahun 2014 sebesar:
kabel listrik sebesar Rp. 15,3 milyar menurun 90,6% dari tahun 2013
sebesar Rp. 163,3 milyar dikarenakan adanya penjualan untuk
kontrak jangka panjang (satu tahun) dengan menggunakan kurs
sebesar 1 USD = Rp. 9,600 pada tahun 2013 yang berdampak pada
tahun 2014 dan juga berdampak pada kenaikan harga bahan baku.
Laba kotor kabel telekomunikasi di tahun 2014 sebesar Rp. 58,6
milyar meningkat 8,0% dari tahun 2013 sebesar 52,6 milyar,
sedangkan laba kotor dari penjualan lain-lain menurun 22,2% dari
Rp. 42,2 milyar di tahun 2013 menjadi Rp. 32,9 milyar di tahun 2014
dikarenakan berkurangnya pendapatan jasa kontraktor.
Perseroan secara kontinu meningkatkan produktivitas dengan
melakukan modernisasi mesin, fokus efisiensi dan menjalalankan
program penghematan biaya.
Production Output and Capacity
In year 2014, the Company's production output of Aluminum
reached 16,051 MT or down to 25.0% from 2013 of 21,412 MT due
to sales of electric cables, especially for cable transmission network.
Meanwhile, production output of Copper in 2014 achieved 6,027
MT or down to 11.7% from year 2013 of 6,829 MT. For fiber optic
cable, the output increased 13.6% from 1,005,972 Fkm in 2013 to
1,142,833.5 Fkm in 2014 due to increased of Telecommunication
projects.
The Company's production capacity for Aluminum & Copper in
year 2014 was 27,600 MT and 9,600 MT remain the same as 2013.
Production capacity for fiber optic cable in 2014 is also equal to
2013 capacity of 1,600,000 Fkm.
In 2014, based on the segment, the Company recorded sales of
power cable of Rp. 1,549.6 billion or decreased 25.3% compared to
2013 of Rp 2,073.0 billion. Telecommunication cable sales in 2014
increased 30.5 % compared to 2013 from Rp. 277.5 billion in 2013
to Rp. 362.1 billion in 2014. Other sales decreased from Rp. 160.3
billion in 2013 to Rp. 91.6 billion in 2014.
The Company’s gross profit based on segment in 2014 compared
to 2013 is as follows: gross profit of power cable in 2014 was
Rp. 15.3 billion or decreased 90.6% from 2013 of Rp. 163.3 billion,
due to longterm contract sales (one year) that using USD currency
of Rp. 9.600 / 1 USD in 2013 that have an impact in 2014 and also
contribute in increment of raw material prices. Gross profit of
telecommunication cable in 2014 was recorded at Rp. 58.6 billion or
an increase of 8.0% from 52.6 billion in 2013; Meanwhile, gross
profit of other sales in 2014 achieved Rp. 32.9 billion or a decrease
of 22.2% from 2013 of Rp. 42.2 billion due to reduction of
contractor services revenue.
The Company continuously increases productivity by performing
machine modernization, focusing on efficiency and cost saving
programs.
