Proses rekrutmen dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap
antara lain penyeleksian, dan perekrutan, sesuai dengan
Man Power Planning
. Proses rekrutmen Perseroan
mengedepankan asas-asas keterbukaan, kewajaran dan
kesetaraan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kompetensi yang
dimiliki oleh calon karyawan. Kandidat yang memenuhi
standar administrasi dijaring melalui situs perusahaan,
iklan,
job fair
, serta referensi. Untuk posisi-posisi
tertentu yang membutuhkan kompetensi serta keahlian
khusus, Perseroan memprioritaskan aspek pemahaman,
pengalaman dan profil kepribadian calon karyawan,
terkait jabatan tersebut, untuk mendapatkan seseorang
yang tepat untuk posisi yang tepat.
Employee Recruitment
Recruitment process is implemented in stages, such as
selection, and recruitment, based onMan Power Planning.
The Company’s recruitment promotes transparency,
fairness and equality principles based on requirements
and competency of the employee candidates. The
candidates who fulfill administration standard will be
captured through the Comoany’s website, advertisement,
job fair and reference. For specific positions requiring
special skills, the Company prioritizes understanding,
experience and behavior personal aspects of the
employee candidates, related to the position, to hire the
right man for the right position.
