Program Pengembangan dan Pelatihan SDM
Pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan kompetensi
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek penting
yang harus dilakukan agar kinerja Perseroan dapat
sesuai dan sejalan dengan visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran
yang ditetapkan. Perseroan memberikan pelatihan
in
house/on the job training
dan bekerja sama dengan
lembaga pelatihan eksternal maupun mengikutsertakan
karyawan dengan
public training
. Pelatihan diberikan
untuk semua level karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan
dari masing-masing karyawan yang sesuai dengan
posisi dan penugasan untuk terus meningkatkan
kinerja perusahaan dari waktu ke waktu. Kebutuhan
training diperoleh dan dievaluasi bersamaan dengan
periode evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Bahkan khusus
agar bagian produski dapat memproduksi kabel yang
berkualitas, Perseroan mendatangkan tenaga ahli dan
Profesional untuk memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan
kepada mereka untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan
keterampilan /kecakapan kinerja karyawan atau jika
dibutuhkan karyawan perseroan dikirim ke Jepang atau
sister company untuk mengikuti on the job training
selama beberapa saat agar mereka menerima
transfer
knowledge
dengan lebih baik.

sertifikasi keahlian khususnya pada bidang K3
dan Lingkungan seperti Petugas P3K, Petugas
Damkar, Pesawat tenaga produksi, Confined
Space, K3 Konstruksi, Alat angkat dan angkut,
Petugas bekerja pada ketinggian, K3 Kimia dan
Internal auditor sistem management K3

Employee Development and Training Program
Education, training and competence development of
Human Resources (HR) are important aspects that must
be done so Company’s performance in accordance with
the objectives and targets set. The Company provides
in-house training/on the job training and cooperates
with external training institutes as well as engages
employees to the public training. Training provided for all
levels of employees in accordance with the needs of each
employee in accordancewith the position and assignment
to continuously improving the company’s performance
over time. Training need is obtained and evaluated in
conjunction with employee performance evaluation
period. In fact, so that the production department can
produce high quality cables, the Company bringing
in experts and professionals to provide training and
guidance to them to improve their knowledge and skills/
capabilities of employee performance or if needed, the
employee will go to Japan or sister company to follow on
the job training for a while so they can receive a transfer
knowledge in a better way.
