Perseroan juga memandang penting peranan

2018, Perseroan memperbarui etika kerja yang
diberlakukan terhadap segenap karyawan dan
manajemen Perseroan.

seperti memberikan dampak positif terhadap

Rekrutmen Karyawan
Perseroan melakukan perekrutan dengan asas-
asas keterbukaan, kewajaran dan kesetaraan
berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kompetensi calon
karyawan.
Dalam melakukan proses seleksi, Perseroan
melihat tidak hanya pengalaman calon karyawan,
tidak kalah pentingnya adalah karakter dan
kepribadian.

The Company considers the role of work ethics
important for all levels of the organization. In 2018, the
Company renewed its work ethics that are applied to the
Company’s management and staff.
This renewal of the work ethics is expected to have a
positive impact on the performance of all individuals as
well as their established harmonious relationships in
order to achieve sustainable business activities.
Employee Recruitment
The Company conducted a recruitment in accordance
with the principles of transparency, fairness and equality
based on the needs and competencies of prospective
employees.
In carrying out the selection process, the Company takes
into consideration not only the candidate’s experience,
but no less important is the character and personality.
