2. Pada tanggal 18 Juni 2019, Perusahaan telah
mengadakan perjanjian kerjasama dengan
Heru Sriwidodo Sari selaku General Manager
Lembaga Sertifikasi Produk LMK untuk
melakukan
audit
survailen
penilaian
kesesuaian dan konsistensi mutu produk yang
masuk dalam lingkup sertifikasi SNI (Standar
Nasional Indonesia), ISO (International
Standar for Standarization)/IEC (International
Electrotechnical Commission) 17067 tentang
penilaian kesesuaian fundamental sertifikasi
produk. Perusahaan akan dikenakan biaya
sertifikasi SNI masing-masing sebesar
Rp59.411.550 per tahun. Perjanjian ini berlaku
hingga tanggal 17 Juni 2023.
2. On June 18, 2019, the Company entered into
an agreement with Heru Sriwidodo Sari as
General Manager of the LMK Product
Certification Institute to conduct surveillance
surveys on the suitability and consistency of
product quality that fall within the scope of SNI
certification (Indonesian National Standards),
ISO
(International
Standards
for
Standarization)/IEC
(International
Electrotechnical
Commission)
17067
concerning examining conformity of product
certification fundamentals. The Company will
be charged SNI certification fee amounted to
Rp59,411,550 of respective year. This
agreement valid until June 17, 2023.
