2020 tidak ada pengembangan kompetensi yang ditujukan
bagi Komite GCG dikarenakan Komite GCG baru dibentuk
tanggal 18 Desember 2020.

Komite GCG dibentuk sebagai salah satu perangkat Dewan
Komisaris yang bekerja secara profesional dan independen
untuk memastikan pengimplementasian tata kelola
perusahaan yang baik serta standar etika perusahaan secara
efektif.
GCG Committee was established as one of the Board of
Commissioners’ organ that works professionally and
independently to ensure the Company’s governance
implementation is in order and in accordance with the
Company’s ethical standards.
Komite GCG di bentuk pada tanggal 18 Desember
2020. Oleh sebab itu, di tahun 2020 Komite GCG belum
menyelenggarakan rapat, sehingga laporan ini tidak
mengungkapkan informasi jumlah rapat, tingkat dan
persentase kehadiran.
GCG Committee was established on December 18, 2020.
Therefore, in 2020, the GCG Committee has yet to held a
meeting, so that this report does not disclose information on
the number of meetings, level and attendance percentage.
