Competency Development Program for Nomination and Remuneration Committee
Di tahun 2020, Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi telah
melaksanakan tugas dan kegiatan sebagai berikut:
1. Mengevaluasi kinerja Direksi dan/atau Dewan Komisaris.
2. Menyusun programpengembangan kompetensi anggota
Direksi dan/atau Anggota Dewan Komisaris.
3. Menyusun struktur remunerasi bagi anggota Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris.
4. Menyusun kebijakan remunerasi bagi anggota Direksi
dan Dewan Komisaris.
5. Menyusun besaran remunerasi bagi anggota Direksi dan
Dewan Komisaris.
6. Membantu Dewan Komisaris melaksanakan penilaian
kerja.
7. Kebijakan suksesi Direksi.
8. Kebijakan keberagaman komposisi Dewan Komisaris
dan Direksi.
In 2020, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has
carried out the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Evaluating the performance of the Board of Directors
and/or Board of Commissioners.
2. Organizing competency development program for the
Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
members.
3. Compiling remuneration structure for the Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioners members.
4. Compiling remuneration Policy for the Board of Directors
and Board of Commissioners members.
5. Determining the amount of remuneration for the Board
of Directors and Board of Commissioners members.
6. Assisting the Board of Commissioners in conducting
performance assessment
7. Board of Directors succession policy.
8. Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors
diversification policy.
