Output dan Kapasitas Produksi
Pada tahun 2015, output produksi Perseroan dalam
satuan berat Aluminium sebesar 8.823 ton, menurun
45,03% dibandingkan output 2014 sebesar 16.051 ton.
Sedangkan, output produksi untuk kabel tembaga di
tahun 2015 mencapai 4.078 ton yang menurun 32,34%
dari tahun 2014 sebesar 6.027 ton. Untuk kabel serat
optik, output produksi menurun 32,42% dari tahun 2014
sebesar 1.142.834 Fkm menjadi 772.293 Fkm di tahun
2015.
Kapasitas produksi Perseroan untuk Aluminium di tahun
2015 sebesar 27.600 ton. Untuk tembaga, kapasitas
produksi naik menjadi 12.000 ton di tahun 2015.
Sedangkan, kapasitas produksi untuk kabel serat optik
sebesar 1.800.000 Fkm di tahun 2015.
Berdasarkan segmen usaha, di tahun 2015 Perseroan
mencatat penjualan kabel listrik sebesar Rp 1.238,93
miliar atau turun 20,05% dibandingkan tahun 2014
sebesar Rp 1.549,60 miliar. Penjualan kabel
telekomunikasi mengalami penurunan sebesar 16,46%
dari Rp 362,18 miliar di tahun 2014 menjadi Rp 302,56
miliar di tahun 2015. Penjualan lain-lain mengalami
penurunan dari Rp 91,57 miliar di tahun 2014 menjadi Rp
56,25 miliar di tahun 2015.
Laba kotor Perseroan per segmen usaha di tahun 2015
dibandingkan tahun 2014 adalah sebagai berikut: laba
kotor kabel listrik di tahun 2015 sebesar Rp 142,52 miliar
meningkat pesat dari tahun 2014 sebesar Rp 15,31
miliar, laba kotor kabel telekomunikasi di tahun 2015
sebesar Rp 55,81 miliar menurun 1,73% dari tahun 2014
sebesar Rp 56,80 miliar, sedangkan laba kotor dari
penjualan lain-lain meningkat 30,75% dari Rp 32,86
miliar di tahun 2014 menjadi Rp 42,96 miliar di tahun
2015.
Perseroan secara kontinu meningkatkan produktivitas
dengan melakukan modernisasi mesin, fokus efisiensi
dan menjalalankan program penghematan biaya.
Production Output and Capacity
In year 2015, the Company’s production output of
Aluminum reached 8,823 MT or down to 45.03% from
2014 of 16,051 MT. Meanwhile, production output of
Copper in 2015 achieved 4,078 MT or 32.34% increase
compared to year 2014 of 6,027 MT. For fiber optic cable,
the output decreased 32.42% from 1,142,834 Fkm in 2014
to 772,293 Fkm in 2015.
The Company’s production capacity for Aluminum in year
2015 was 27,600 MT. For Copper cable, the capacity still
recorded at 12,000 MT in 2015. Meanwhile, production
capacity for fiber optic cable were recorded at 1,800,000
Fkm in year 2015.
In 2015, based on the segment, the Company recorded
sales of power cable of IDR 1,238.93 billion or decreased
20.05% comparing to 2014 of IDR 1,549.60 billion.
Telecommunication cable sales in 2015 decreased
16.46% from IDR 362.18 billion in 2014 to Rp 302.56 billion
in 2015. Other sales decreased from IDR 91.57 billion in
2014 to IDR 56.25 billion in 2015.
The Company’s gross profit based on segment in 2015
compared to 2014 as follows: gross profit of power cable
in 2015 was IDR 142.52 billion increased from 2014 of
IDR 15.31 billion, gross profit of telecommunication cable
in 2015 was recorded at IDR 55.81 billion decreased 1.73%
from IDR 56.80 billion in 2014; meanwhile, gross profit of
other sales in 2015 achieved IDR 42.96 billion increased
30.75% from 2014 of IDR 32.86 billion.
The Company continuously increases productivity by
performing machine modernization, focusing on
efficiency and cost saving programs.
