4. Tanggung Jawab Produk
Dalam hal ini, Perseroan harus menjamin bahwa
produknya dalam keadaan baik pada saat pembelian
sehingga bisa dipakai dengan aman. Selain harus
menjamin keamanan produk, Perseroan juga
mempunyai kewajiban lain terhadap konsumen yaitu,
kualitas produk, harga, dan pemberian label serta
pengemasan.
Dengan kualitas produk, disampaikan bahwa produk
sesuai dengan apa yang disepakati antara Perseroan dan
konsumen. Konsumen berhak atas produk yang
berkualitas, karena ia membayar untuk itu dan
Perseroan berkewajiban untuk menyampaikan produk
yang berkualitas.
Perseroan selalu menjunjung tinggi kualitas produknya
dan apabila ada keluhan dari konsumen, maka
Perseroan dengan segera akan mencari tahu dimana
letak dari kesalahan itu sendiri dan segera mencari
solusi serta menyelesaikan permasalahannya.
4. Product Responsibility
The Company has to guarantee that the product is in a
good condition at the time of purchase, so that it is safe to
use. Besides product safety guarantee, the Company has
another responsibility towards the consumers, which are
product quality, price, labeling and packaging.
By the product quality, the product is matched with what
has been agreed by the Company and the consumers.
Consumers have the rights for the best product quality,
since they have paid for it, and the Company has the
responsibility to deliver quality products.
The Company should maintain its product quality, and if
there are any complaints from the consumer, the
Company will take action to figure out the mistakes and
find out the solution to resolve the problems as soon as
possible.
