Warga negara Indonesia, dilahirkan pada tahun 1963. Pada
tahun 1984, beliau lulus dari University of Southern California
– Amerika Serikat jurusan Electrical Engineering. Beliau juga
lulusan dari Philippine School of Business Administration
jurusan Master Business Administration. Karir profesionalnya
dimulai sebagai QC Supervisor di PT Alcarindo Prima pada
tahun 1985 dan posisi terakhir adalah sebagai General Manager
di perusahaan yang sama. Beliau bergabung dengan Perseroan
pada tahun 1994 sebagai Manajer Budget. Pada tahun 2006,
beliau menjabat sebagai Asisten Direktur Keuangan. Pada
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham tahun 2015, Beliau diangkat
menjadi Direktur Perseroan. Beliau diangkat menjadi Komisaris
PT Bangun Prima Semesta pada tahun 2016.

Membawahi departement Investor Relation, Procurement &
Logistic. Bertugasmengatur danmenyusun strategi pembelian
dan pengadaan bahan baku kabel yang berkualitas, dengan
melakukan transaksi lindung nilai untuk mengurangi risiko
fluktuasi harga LME.
Indonesian citizen, was born in 1963. In 1984, he graduated
from the University of Southern California - United States at
the Department of Electrical Engineering. He also graduated
from the Philippine School of Business Administration in
Master of Business Administration majors. His professional
career began as QC Supervisor at PT Alcarindo Prima in 1985
and his last position was as General Manager at the same
company. He joined the Company in 1994 as Budgeting
Manager. In 2006, he served as assistant Director of Finance.
At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2015, he
was appointed as Director of the Company. He was appinted
as Commissioner of PT Bangun Prima Semesta in 2016.

Supervise the department of Investor Relations, and
Procurement & Logistics. Manage and develop strategies of
purchase and procurement of raw materials of high quality
cables by undertaking hedging transactions to reduce the
risk of LME price fluctuation.
