KEBIJAKAN DAN PEMBAYARAN DIVIDEN
Dividend Policy and Dividend Payment
Penyediaan produk berkualitas merupakan aspek
utama yang diperhatikan Perseroan dalam aspek
pemasaran. Pelayanan prima, baik saat pra jual
maupun purna jual, juga berkontribusi menciptakan
kepuasan
pelanggan
terhadap
produk-produk
Perseroan. Selain itu, divisi pemasaran senantiasa
jeli melihat peluang dalam pemasaran produk, salah
satunya melalui partisipasi dalam tender di dalam dan
luar negeri.
Untuk pasar dalam negeri, Perseroan meningkatkan
kerja sama yang baik dengan pelanggan utama, yaitu
PT PLN dan PT Telkom. Selain itu, permintaan tinggi dari
sektor swasta terhadap kabel berkualitas merupakan
peluang bagi Perseroan untuk meningkatkan volume
penjualan kepada sektor tersebut.
Sedangkan untuk pasar luar negeri, Perseroan terus
membidik negara-negara yang potensial seperti di
wilayah Asia dan Afrika.
Pada 2018, tidak terdapat kebijakan khusus
mengenai pembayaran dividen Perseroan yang dapat
diungkapkan dalam Laporan Tahunan ini.
Providing quality products is the main aspect that the
Company considers in the marketing aspect. Excellent
service, both pre-sale and after-sales, also contributes
to creating customer satisfaction with the Company’s
products. In addition, the marketing division is always
keen to see opportunities in product marketing, one of
which is through participation in domestic and foreign
tenders.
For the domestic market, the Company enhances good
cooperation with key customers, PT PLN and PT Telkom.
In addition, high demand from the private sector for
quality cables is an opportunity for the Company to
increase sales volume to this sector.
As for foreign markets, the Company continues to target
potential countries such as in Asia and Africa.
In 2018, there is not any specific policy regarding payment
of the Company’s dividends that can be disclosed in this
Annual Report.
