Terdapat 3 (organ) utama Perseroan yang menjadi
perantara implementasi GCG yaitu Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Dewan Komisaris, dan
Direksi. Organ utama tersebut mendapat sokongan
dari Organ Pendukung GCG antara lain komite-komite
di bawah Dewan Komisaris, yaitu Komite Audit dan
Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi dan Komite di
Bawah Direksi yaitu Komite CSR dan Komite Etika
Bisnis. Fungsi Manajemen Risiko, Unit Audit Internal
dan Sekretaris Perusahaan menjadi organ-organ
pendukung GCG.

Perseroan

There are 3 (main) organs of the Company that
mediate the implementation of GCG, namely the
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of
Commissioners, and the Directors. The main structures
are supported by GCG Supporting Structures including
Committees under the Board of Commissioners, such
as Audit Committee and Remuneration and Nomination
Committee and Committees under the Board of
Directors such as CSR Committee and Business Ethics
Committee. The Risk Management Function, the
Internal Audit Unit and the Corporate Secretary are
supporting organs of GCG.
