Incremental costs directly attributable to the
issue of new shares or options are shown in
equity as a deduction, net of tax, from the
proceeds.

Laba per saham dasar dihitung dengan
membagi laba bersih konsolidasian tahun
berjalan yang diatribusikan kepada para
pemilik Entitas Induk dengan jumlah rata-rata
tertimbang dari jumlah saham yang beredar

Basic earning per share amounts are
computed by dividing the total net profit
consolidated for the year attributable to the
owners of the Parent Entity by the weighted
average number of ordinary shares
outstanding during the year.

Untuk tujuan manajemen, Grup dibagi menjadi
enam segmen operasi berdasarkan produk
dan jasa yang dikelola secara independen oleh
masing-masing pengelola segmen yang
bertanggung jawab atas kinerja dari masing-
masing segmen. Para pengelola segmen
melaporkan
secara
langsung
kepada
manajemen yang secara teratur mengkaji hasil
operasi sebagai dasar untuk mengalokasikan
sumber daya ke masing-masing segmen untuk
menilai kinerja segmen. Pengungkapan
tambahan masing-masing segmen terdapat
dalam Catatan 37, termasuk faktor yang
digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi segmen
yang dilaporkan dan dasar pengukuran
informasi segmen.
For management purposes, the Group is
organized into six operating segments based
on their products and services which are
independently managed by the respective
segment managers responsible for the
performance of the respective segments under
their charge. The segment managers report
directly to the management who regularly
review the segment results in order to allocate
resources to the segments and to assess the
segment performance. Additional disclosures
on each of these segments are shown in Note
37, including the factors used to identify the
reportable segments and the measurements
basis of segment information.
Aset dan liabilitas yang digunakan bersama
dalam satu segmen atau lebih dialokasikan

Assets and liabilities that relate jointly to one
or more segments are allocated to their
respective segment, if and only if, their related
revenues and expenses are also allocated to
those segments.

Pada setiap akhir tahun pelaporan, Grup
melakukan pengujian untuk menentukan
apakah terdapat indikasi penurunan nilai aset.
Jika terdapat indikasi tersebut, maka Grup
akan mengestimasi jumlah terpulihkan aset
tersebut. Dalam rangka menguji penurunan
nilai, aset-aset dikelompokkan hingga unit
terkecil yang menghasilkan arus kas terpisah.
At the end of year, the Group performs an
assessment whether or not there is an
indication of impairment on asset. When
indication exist, the Group makes an
estimation of recoverable amount of assets. In
the relation to assess impairment, assets are
grouped at the lowest levels for which
separately identifiable cash flows.
