Namun demikian, peluang datang dari komitmen
Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mendukung proyek
infrastruktur lokal pada 2018, terutama dalam
bidang kelistrikan dan telekomunikasi. Oleh sebab
itu, peluang ini akan berkontribusi langsung pada
pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi lainnya, termasuk
industri kabel sehingga meskipun volatilitas
harga metal terjadi, Dewan Direksi mencatat
kinerja industri kabel tetap positif.
Penilaian atas Implementasi Strategi 2018
Dewan Komisaris memandang Direksi telah
berupaya
optimal
dalam
memanfaatkan
peluang dan menghadapi tantangan pada
2018. Implementasi strategi dan
budget
telah
dilaksanakan, sejalan dengan strategi yang sudah
disepakati. Dewan Komisaris memandang usaha
pencapaian sasaran yang dibuat manajemen
telah sesuai Rencana Kerja Tahunan.

melihat
banyak
inisiatif
strategis dilakukan Direksi dalam menghadapi
tantangan berupa efisiensi pada seluruh bidang
operasional meliputi peningkatan mutu, baik jasa
maupun barang, ekspansi kapasitas produksi
pada jenis produk dengan margin, mata uang dan
metal hedging
yang terukur, serta penurunan
nilai invetory (persediaan), biaya produksi, dan
HR
turnover
.
Penilaian Terhadap Kinerja Direksi 2018
Secara garis besar, Dewan Komisaris menilai
Direksi menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab
operasional dengan baik pada 2018. Aktivitas-
aktivitas fungsional yang dicapai Perseroan
mencakup prestasi, sumber daya manusia,
teknologi,
produksi,
pemasaran,
keuangan,
lingkungan, dan CSR.
Menurut Dewan Komisaris, capaian laba, rencana
kerja dan anggaran Perseroan sudah cukup ideal
pada 2018, tercermin pada tingkat pencapaian
Perseroan dibandingkan target yang sudah
disepakati, tertuang dalam KPI sebagai indikator
utamanya.
However, opportunities arised from the commitment
of the Indonesian Government in supporting local
infrastructure projects in 2018, especially in the fields
of electricity and telecommunications. Therefore, this
opportunity will contribute directly to the growth of
other economic sectors, including the cable industry.
So, despite the volatility of metal prices, the Board of
Directors sees that the cable industry’s performance
has remained positive.
Strategy Implementation Assessment in 2018
The Board of Commissioners considers that the Board
of Directors has worked optimally to make the most
of opportunities available and tackle challenges
throughout 2018. Implementation of strategies and
budgets has been executed, in line with the approved
strategies. The Board of Commissioners considers the
effort to achieve the targets made by management is in
accordance with the Strategic Planning & Budgeting.
The Board of Commissioners sees many strategic
initiatives carried out by the Board of Directors in facing
challenges are efficient in all operational fields including
improving quality, both for goods and services, expanding
production capacity on products withmargin, measurable
currency and metal hedging, as well as suppressing
inventory, production costs and HR turnover.
Assessment on Board of Directors Performance
in 2018
Broadly speaking, the Board of Commissioners considers
Board of Directors carried out its commendable
operational duties and responsibilities in 2018. The
functional activities achieved by the Company include
accolades, human resources, technology, production,
marketing, finance, environment and CSR activities.
According to the Board of Commissioners, achievement
in profit, work plan and budget of the Company are quite
ideal in 2018, reflected in the level of achievement of the
Company compared to the targets, as stated in the KPI
as the main system.
