telah diambil pemerintah untuk mengatasi
ketidakpastian global. Namun, langkah tersebut
belum sepenuhnya memberikan hasil jangka
pendek. Kemudian, kebijakan jangka pendek
seperti B20, pengetatan tarif impor barang-
barang konsumsi dan lain-lain juga belum banyak
membantu. Memperbanyak ekspor menjadi solusi
terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.
Sekalipun akan melalui banyak hambatan, Dewan
Komisaris memandang optimis prospek usaha
Perseroan pada 2019 akan tetap cerah. Dewan
Komisaris memandang meskipun pertumbuhan
dunia melambat, ketidakpastian di pasar global
akan berkurang. Prospek usaha yang cerah
juga didukung oleh peluang program-program
kelistrikan dan telekomunikasi dari pemerintah
yang terus berjalan, dan peningkatan akan
permintaan jenis kabel

Hubungan kerja antara Dewan Komisaris dan
Direksi berjalan harmonis. Dewan Komisaris
menjalankan fungsi mikro sebagai pengawas
kebijakan
operasional,
sedangkan
Direksi
membawahi fungsi mikro sebagai pelaksana tugas
dan pengambil kebijakan strategis dalam rangka
menjalankan visi dan misi Perseroan.
Hubungan antara Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi
senantiasa berasaskan prinsip keterbukaan,
kesetaraan, dan saling menghormati melalui
proses yang transparan dalam menentukan
tujuan dan sasaran Perseroan, serta pencapaian
dan penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan Direksi.
Implementasi hubungan harmonis tersebut
ditunjukkan dengan penyelenggaraan rapat
evaluasi kinerja setiap bulan untuk melakukan
evaluasi terhadap kinerja bulanan, semester, dan
tahunan serta memantau langkah-langkah yang
sudah dilakukan atau diambil Direksi.

will decrease. Positive business prospects are also
supported by the ongoing opportunities for electricity
and telecommunications programs, increasing demand
for high voltage cables.
Good Corporate Governance Assessment in 2018
The working relationship between the Board of
Commissioners and Directors runs harmoniously. The
Board of Commissioners executes the micro function as
the supervisor of operational policies, while the Board
of Directors oversees the micro function as the executor
of duties and strategic policy makers in the context of
carrying out the Company’s vision and mission.
The relationship between the Board of Commissioners
and the Board of Directors is always based on the
principles of openness, equality, and mutual respect
through a transparent process in determining the
goals and objectives of the Company, as well as the
achievement and performance evaluation carried out
by the Board of Directors. The implementation of
harmonious relations is demonstrated by conducting
monthly performance evaluation meetings to evaluate
the monthly, semester and annual performances as well
as monitoring the steps taken by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors
also hold special meetings to discuss specific issues
faced by the Company. In making decisions, the Board
