(RUPST) 2018. Hasil RUPST 2018 menyetujui
pengunduran diri Bapak Hiroya Iwasaki sebagai
Direktur Perseroan dan pengangkatan Bapak
Shoichi Yamada sebagai Direktur Perseroan.

Decision of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS). The 2018 AGMS approved
the resignation of Mr. Hiroya Iwasaki as the
Company’s Director and appointed Mr. Shoichi
Yamada as Director of the Company.
