STRUKTUR TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang
Perseroan Terbatas, Perseroan memiliki struktur tata kelola
perusahaan yang terdiri dari tiga organ utama, yaitu Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Dewan Komisaris, dan
Direksi. Perseroan juga membentuk organ pendukung untuk
membantuDewanKomisaris danDireksi dalammenjalankan
tugas dan fungsinya. Di bawah Direksi terdapat Komite
Etika Bisnis, Unit Audit Internal, Sekretaris Perusahaan, dan
Fungsi Manajemen Risiko. Sementara itu, di bawah Dewan
Komisaris terdapat Komite Audit, Komite GCG, serta Komite
Nominasi dan Remunerasi.
Berikut ini adalah struktur tata kelola Perseroan.
In accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited
Company, the corporate governance structure consists
of three main organs, namely the General Meeting of
Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, and the
Boardof Directors. The Company also established supporting
organs to assist the Board of Commissioners and Board of
Directors in carrying out their duties and functions. Under
the Board of Directors, there are Business Ethic Committee,
Internal Audit Committee, Corporate Secretary, and Risk
Management Function. Meanwhile, under the Board of
Commissioners are Audit Committee, GCG Committee, as
well as Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
