CODE OF CONDUCT
Tidak ada perkara penting atau sanksi administratif dari
regulator yang melibatkan Perseroan, Direksi, Dewan
Komisaris, maupun anak perusahaan sepanjang tahun 2020.
There were no litigation or administrative sanction from the
regulator that involves the Company, the Board of Directors,
the Board of Commissioners, or subsidiaries in 2020.
Pernyataan Kode Etik Berlaku bagi Seluruh Insan Perseroan
Statement that Code of Conduct Applies to All of the Company’s Members
Perseroan mempunyai panduan berperilaku, yaitu Etika
Bisnis dan Etika Kerja (EBEK) sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan
Direksi No.002/VE/DIR/I/2018 tanggal 17 Januari 2018. Kode
etik Perseroan telah memenuhi ketentuan Surat Edaran
OJK No.31/SEOJK.04/2015 tentang Pedoman Tata Kelola
Perusahaan Terbuka. EBEK dirancang untuk menciptakan
lingkungan kerja yang baik dan iklim usaha yang positif,
mendukung visi dan misi, serta membangun kepercayaan
dan integritas antara Perseroan dengan karyawan,
pemegang saham, konsumen, dan seluruh pemangku
kepentingan. Seluruh pihak yang berhubungan dengan
Perseroan, meliputi Dewan Komisaris, Direksi, karyawan,
ataupun pihak-pihak yang bekerja di entitas anak ataupun
agen/perwakilan diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan tugas dan
pekerjaannya sesuai dengan EBEK.
Kode etik bersifat mengikat dan berlaku bagi seluruh
insan Perseroan, baik Dewan Komisaris, Direksi, maupun
karyawan di seluruh struktur organisasi. Penerapan kode
etik dilakukan Perseroan dengan mengedepankan prinsip
keadilan dan kesetaraan, sehingga seluruh insan Perseroan
wajib menandatangani lembar pernyataan kepatuhan di
buku EBEK.
The Company’s code of conduct, which is Business Ethics
and Work Ethics (EBEK), was established through the Board
of Directors Decree No. 002/VE/DIR/I/2018 dated January
17, 2018. The Company’s code of conduct has fulfilled
the provision of OJK Circular Letter No.31/SEOJK.04/2015
concerning the Guidelines of Public Company Governance.
EBEK was designed to create a good working environment
and a positive business climate, to support vision and
mission, as well as to develop trusts and integrity between
the Company and its employees, shareholders, customers,
and all stakeholders. All parties related to the Company,
including the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors,
employees, or any parties working in subsidiaries or agent/
representatives are required to carry out their duties and
responsibilities according to EBEK.
The code of conduct is binding and applied to all members of
the Company, whether the Board of Commissioners, Board
of Directors, or employees in every organizational structure.
The code of conduct implementation is carried out by the
Company by putting forward the principle of fairness and
equity, so that all of the Company’s members are required to
sign the statement of compliance in EBEK book.

Etika Bisnis
Etika bisnis adalah etika yang berkaitan dengan perilaku
profesional, transparan, dan efisien dalam menjalankan
aktivitas dan kegiatannya, serta tunduk pada ketentuan
hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku
dan konsisten dengan standar bisnis dan etika profesional.
Etika bisnis Perseroan didasarkan pada CIPARS dan prinsip
tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (GCG) yang menerapkan
Business Ethics
Business ethics is related to professionality, transparency,
and efficiency in carrying out activities, as well as compliance
towards the prevailing law and regulations and consistency
towards the business standards and professional ethics. The
Company’s business ethics are based on CIPARS and good
corporategovernance (GCG)which implements theprinciples
of transparency, accountability, reliability, responsibility,
