Etika Kerja
Etika kerja berisi norma yang digunakan karyawan dalam
bersikap, berperilaku, dan berhubungan dengan pihak-
pihak di dalam Perseroan.
Etika Kerja meliputi:
a. Lingkungan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja.
b. Persamaan perlakukan, fasilitas, dan penghormatan
atas hak karyawan.
c. Sikap karyawan dalam Perseroan.
d. Hubungan karyawan dengan atasan dan bawahannya
serta sesama karyawan.
e. Keterlibatan karyawan dalam politik, benturan
kepentingan, dan kerahasiaan informasi.
Penerapan Etika Bisnis dan Etika Kerja dilakukan Perseroan
dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai hal, yaitu:
1. Membangun
Commitment, Involvement,
dan
Leadership
pimpinan baik di kalangan Komisaris, Direksi,
manajemen, maupun kelompok karyawan.
2. Mensosialisasikan Etika Bisnis dalam
New Employee
Orientation Program
(NEOP) dan penyegaran secara
berkala bagi seluruh lapisan pada setiap bagian.
3. Mengakui penerapan etika sebagai bagian tidak
terlepaskan dari praktik bisnis dan penilaian karya
seluruh karyawan.
4. Mengembangkan pedoman Pelaksanaan Etika Bisnis
yang sudah ada dan menjabarkan lebih lanjut menjadi
berbagai Kebijakan dan Peraturan Perseroan.
5. Melengkapi Peraturan Perseroan dengan sanksi atas
pelanggaran dan membangun sistem agar dapat
dipantau penerapan Etika Bisnis ini.

Work Ethics
Work ethics contains the norms used by employees to acting,
behaving, and associatingwith other parties in the Company.
The Work Ethics consists of:
a. Environment, occupational health and safety.
b. Equal treatment, facility and respecting employee’s
rights.
c. Employee’s behavior in the Company.
d. Employee relationship with superior and subordinate as
well as between employees.
e. Employee’s involvement in politics, conflict of interests
of information secrecy.
The implementation of Business Ethics and Work Ethics are
carried out by the Company after considering the following
things:
1. Building commitment, involvement, and leadership in all
levels such as Commissioner, Director, Management and
Employee.
2. Socializing business ethics in the New Employee
Orientation Program (NEOP) and repeating regularly to
all division level.
3. Recognizing the ethics implementation as a part of
business practice and employee assessment.
4. Developing exist Business Ethic Implementation
guidelines and elaborating further to become various
Policy and Company’s Regulation.
5. Completing the Company’s Regulation with sanction
on violation and building a system to monitor the
implementation of Business Ethic.
Sosialisasi dan Upaya Penegakan Kode Etik
Code of Conduct Socialization and Enforcement
Upaya Perseroan dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran
terhadap kode etik kepada seluruh jajaran dilakukan
melalui sosialisasi. Perseroan mempunyai Human Resource
Department dan Komite Etika Bisnis yang bertugas
melakukan sosialisasi terkait kode etik. Human Resource
Department melakukan penyebarluasan materi informasi
terkait kode etik dengan sosialisasi saat awal seluruh insan
bergabung di Perseroan. Sedangkan Komite Etika Bisnis
