Perseroan
berkomitmen
untuk
mempertahankan
kelangsungan usaha serta memberikan manfaat yang
maksimalbagipemegangsahamdanpemangkukepentingan
lainnya dengan mengelola struktur modal. Oleh sebab itu,
dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor dalam mengelola
modal Perseroan, Direksi menyusun kebijakan struktur
modal, yang kemudian disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris.
Pada tahun 2020 struktur modal Perseroan terdiri atas
ekuitas sebesar Rp1,11 triliun dan total liabilitas sebesar
Rp1,80 triliun.
The Company is committed to maintain its business
sustainability
and
provide
maximum
benefits
to
shareholders and other stakeholders by managing its capital
structure. Therefore, by considering the factors in managing
the Company’s capital, the Board of Directors has prepared
capital structure policy, which was later approved by the
Board of Commissioners. In 2020, the Company’s capital
structure consisted of Rp1.11 trillion equity and Rp1.80
trillion total liabilities.
Perseroan di tahun 2020 tidak memiliki ikatan material yang
terjadi untuk investasi barang modal.
In 2020, the Company did not have material commitments
for capital goods investment.
Investasi barang modal dilakukan Perseroan dengan
tujuan untuk memperluas produksi
High Voltage
serta
meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi. Jenis
investasi barang modal yang dilakukan Perseroan adalah
pembelian aset tetap berupa mesin dan peralatan, gedung,
peralatan kantor, aplikasi
(software)
IT, dan kendaraan,
dengan total realisasi di tahun 2020 bernilai Rp66,63 miliar.
Realisasi barang modal seluruhnya menggunakan mata
uang rupiah, sehingga Perseroan tidak memiliki langkah
dalam perlindungan mata uang asing.
The Company carries out capital goods investment in order
to expand its High Voltage productions as well as improving
the efficiency and quality of production. The types of the
Company’s capital goods investment are the purchase of
fixed assets in form of machine and equipment, warehouse,
office equipment, IT application (software), and vehicles,
with a total realization of Rp66.63 billion in 2020. The
realization of all capital goods are in Rupiah, so that the
Company has no strategy in foreign currency hedging.
