The Company did not conduct divestment, merger,
acquisistion, or debt and/or capital restructuring throughout
2020.
Di tengah kondisi perekonomian dan industri yang
melemah, akibat pandemi global COVID-19, sepanjang
tahun 2020, Perseroan berhasil mencatat pendapatan bersih
Rp1,83 triliun atau 71,0% dari target proyeksi. Laba bersih
juga dibukukan Perseroan dengan nilai mencapai Rp2,78
miliar. Walaupun angka ini lebih rendah dibanding target
yang ditetapkan, namun Perseroan menilai bahwa capaian
laba ini menunjukkan keberhasilan Perseroan menghadapi
kondisi yang penuh ketidakpastian akibat pandemi.
Sementara dalam hal struktur permodalan di tahun 2020,
Perseroan mampu mempertahankan struktur permodalan
yang sehat seperti yang ditargetkan. Hal ini terlihat dari
penurunan rasio liabilitas terhadap ekuitas Perseroan dari
1,73 di tahun 2019, menjadi 1,62 di akhir tahun 2020.
In the midst of a weakened economic and industrial
condition due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, throughout
2020, the Company was able to record a net revenue of
Rp1.83 trillion or 71.0% from the projected target. The
Company was also able to record a net profit of Rp2.78
billion. Even though the amount was lower than the target,
the Company considers that this achievement has shown the
Company’s achievement in dealing with the unprecedented
condition due to the pandemic. Meanwhile, in terms of
capital structure in 2020, the Company was able to maintain
its healthy capital structure as the target. This is evident from
the decrease in the Company’s debt to equity ratio from 1.73
in 2019 to 1.62 at the end of 2020.
