Sekretaris Perusahaan bertanggung jawab dalam
melakukan monitor terhadap perkembangan yang
terjadi di Pasar Modal dan memberikan informasi
penting yang berkaitan dengan keuangan dan kinerja
Perseroan kepada publik. Sekretaris Perusahaan
juga memberikan saran kepada Direksi untuk
mematuhi peraturan Pasar Modal dan menjadi
penghubung antara Perseroan dengan pihak-pihak
di luar Perseroan, seperti pemegang saham, institusi
pasar modal, bursa efek, media dan pihak lain yang
terkait.
Corporate Secretary is responsible for monitoring
the developments in the capital market and providing
important information related to the finance and
performance of the Company to the public. Stil,
Corporate Secretary also provides advices to the Board
of Directors to comply the regulations of the Capital
Market and be the liaison between the Company with
parties outside the Company, such as shareholders,
capital market institutions, stock exchanges, the media
and other relevant parties.
