28. DIVIDEND
Pada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
Perusahaan tanggal 19 Mei 2017, pemegang
saham telah menyetujui pembagian dividen tunai
untuk tahun 2016 sejumlah Rp16,6 milyar atau
Rp20 per lembar saham, dan sebagian besar telah
dibayarkan pada tanggal 21 Juni 2017. Sisanya
sebesar Rp105,2 juta tercatat di biaya yang masih
harus dibayar Perusahaan.
At the Company’s Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders held on May 19, 2017, the cash
dividend for 2016 of Rp16.6 billions or Rp20 per
share was approved to be distribute,
and a
significant portion of the dividends has been paid
in June 21, 2017. The remaining of Rp105.2
milions was recorded as accrued liabilities of
the Company.
29. PENCADANGAN SALDO LABA
29. GENERAL RESERVE
Undang-undang No. 40 tahun 2007 mengenai
Perseroan Terbatas mengharuskan perusahaan-
perusahaan untuk membuat penyisihan cadangan
umum sekurang-kurangnya 20% dari jumlah modal
yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Undang-
undang tersebut tidak mengatur jangka waktu
untuk pembentukan penyisihan tersebut.
The Limited Liability Company Law No. 40
year 2007 requires companies to set up a general
reserve amounting to at least 20% of the issued
and paid-up share capital. There is no set period of
time over which this amount should be provided.
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2018 dan 2017, para
pemegang saham Perusahaan telah membentuk
cadangan umum masing-masing sebesar sebesar
Rp4.000.000.000.
As of December 31, 2018 and 2017, the
Company's shareholders have set up a general
reserve
