perusahaan terkait aspek praktik ketenagakerjaan,
kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja di tahun 2019,
Perseroanmengeluarkanbiaya sebesar Rp2.340.412.562.
Kecelakaan Kerja
Di sepanjang 2019 terjadi sebanyak 7 (tujuh) kecelakaan
kerja. Perseroan telah memberikan bantuan perawatan
dan santunan kepada karyawan yang mengalami
kecelakaan. Tak hanya itu, Perseroan telah mempelajari
faktor-faktor penyebab kecelakaan tersebut sebagai
landasan upaya perbaikan ke depannya.

For the corporate social responsibility related to
employment, health, and safety of work in 2019, the
Company has spent a total of Rp2,340,412,562.
Work Accidents
There were 7 (seven) work accidents occurred throughout
2019. The Company had provided treatment assistance
and compensation to employees suffering from work
accidents. In addition, the Company had thoroughly
evaluated the factors behind the aforementioned work
accidents as the basis for future improvement efforts.
Voksel telah menyediakan mekanisme bagi karyawan
untuk mengadukan masalah ketenagakerjaan, yaitu
menggelar musyawarah dengan Serikat Pekerja, dan jika
tidak juga mencapai kata sepakat, maka akan melibatkan
pihak tripartid, yaitu pihak Depnaker (Departemen
Ketenagakerjaan). Di tahun 2019, Perseroan tidak
menerimapengaduanmasalahketenagakerjaan.Nihilnya
pengaduan masalah ketenagakerjaan merupakan bukti
komitmen Voksel dalam mempertahankan hubungan
industrial yang harmonis dengan seluruh karyawannya.
Voksel has provided a mechanism for its employees to
file a complain related to employment, by organizing
discussion with Labor Union, and if there is no mutual
agreement, then a third-party will be involved, which
is Depnaker (Employment Department). In 2019, the
Company has no complain related to employment. The
absence of complain related to employment is a prove
of Voksel’s commitment in maintaining a harmonious
industrial relationship with all of its employees.
