PSAK 73, Sewa
PSAK 73, Leases
PSAK 73 akan menggantikan PSAK 30 ‘Sewa’
dan tiga Interpretasi terkait. Sewa akan dicatat
dalam laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian
dalam bentuk aset hak guna dan liabilitas
sewa. Ada dua bantuan penting yang diberikan
oleh PSAK 73 untuk aset bernilai rendah dan
sewa jangka pendek kurang dari 12 bulan.
PSAK 73 berlaku sejak periode yang dimulai
pada atau setelah 1 Januari 2020. Adopsi dini
diizinkan; Namun, Grup telah memutuskan
untuk tidak mengadopsi lebih awal.
PSAK 73 will replace PSAK 30 ‘Leases’ and
three related Interpretations. Leases will be
recorded in the consolidated statement of
financial position in the form of a right-of-use
asset and a lease liability. There are two
important reliefs provided by PSAK 73 for
assets of low value and short-term leases of
less than 12 months. PSAK 73 is effective from
periods beginning on or after January 1,2020.
Eary adoption is permitted; however, the
Group have decided not to early adopt.

dampak penuh dari Standar ini. Sejauh ini,

full impact of the Standard. So far, the Group:

menerapkan PSAK 73 hanya untuk

laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian
