Perubahan Komposisi Anggota Direksi
Pada tahun 2020, berdasarkan hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan, terdapat penambahan
direktur baru ke dalam Jajaran Direksi. Direktur Komersial
Perseroan yang baru akan bertanggung jawab terhadap
pengembangan pasar, dan penguatan
branding

inovasi produk. Kami berharap dengan adanya Direktur
Komersial yang baru, maka Perseroan dapat memanfaatkan
berbagai kesempatan yang ada termasukmemasuki segmen

Prospek Usaha 2021
Industri kabel berada di garis depan dalam pembangunan
infrastruktur, karena itu produk kami sangat penting untuk
pertumbuhan nasional.
Kami juga percaya bahwa internet telah menjadi kebutuhan
selama kondisi pandemi ini. Oleh karena itu kebutuhan
dan permintaan akan jaringan internet yang andal
akan meningkatkan proyeksi penjualan untuk produk
telekomunikasi kami.
Kami juga optimis bahwa permintaan global terkait produk
ramah lingkungan akanmeningkat dalamwaktu dekat. Kami
percaya bahwa inovasi baru kami akan mampu menanggapi
peluang ini.
Kami juga telah mulai berkolaborasi dengan sektor
swasta dan publik untuk memberikan solusi kabel untuk
berbagai proyek. Kami optimis dapat menjadi bagian dari
pembangunan infrastruktur nasional; tidak hanya di sektor
kelistrikan, tetapi juga telekomunikasi, minyak dan gas,
serta sektor transportasi di mana kabel berkualitas tinggi
diperlukan.
Changes in Board of Directors Composition
In 2020, based on the Annual General Meeting Shareholder
(AGMS), we welcome a new member to the board. Our
new Commercial Director will be responsible for market
development and improve branding, including product
innovation. With the existence of a new Commercial Director
within the Board of Directors, we expect the Company to grab
future opportunities, as well as entering new e-commerce
market.

Business Prospect in 2021
The cable industry is at the forefront of the infrastructure
development, as such our product is very much essential
towards the national growth.
We also believe that internet has become a necessity during
this pandemic condition. Hence the requirement and
demand of a reliable internet network should increase the
sales projection for our telecommunication products.
We are also optimistic the global requirement of
environmental friendly product will accelerate in the near
future. We trust that our new innovation will respond to
these opportunities.
We have also started to collaborate with both private
and public sector to provide cable solutions for various
projects. We are optimistic that we can be a part of our
national infrastructure development; not only in electrical
sector, but also telecommunication, oil and gas, as well as
transportation sector where high quality cables are required.
