Selama pengoperasian pabrik, kami mengawasi implementasi keselamatan dan kesehatan
kerja (K3) secara optimal. Atas kinerja unggul K3, Perseroan mendapatkan apresiasi dari Badan
Standarisasi Nasional (BSN) dan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan atas sikap proaktif Perseroan
untuk keutamaan kesehatan di lingkungan kerja selama masa pandemi.
During the factory operation, we supervised the implementation of optimal occupational health and safety (OHS).For
this prominent OHS, the Company was appreciated by the National Standardization Agency (BSN), and the Ministry of
Manpower for its proactive approach in prioritizing health in its workplace during the pandemic.
Beberapa proyek ketenagalistrikan yang signifikan turut
terpengaruh dan tertunda selama tahun 2020. Salah
satunya, proyek berskala besar yang akan dilakukan
bersama dengan Pemerintah harus ditunda dan direvisi
target penyelesaiannya, begitu pula untuk target Rencana
Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL) 35.000 MW. Hal
tersebut menyebabkan pabrikan

ikut terpengaruh. Mengatasi situasi ini, strategi yang kami
jalankan adalah dengan memperkuat
segment building
cable
di pasar domestik, serta memperluas
range
produk.
Secara umum, capaian kinerja keuangan Perseroan selama
tahun 2020masihdapat diterimadi tengah kondisi pandemik
yang masih terjadi. Pendapatan tercatat Rp1,83 triliun, hal
ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan operasional Perseroan
tetap berjalan. Laba bersih tercatat sebesar Rp2,78 miliar.
Kinerja ini didukung oleh strategi efisiensi di seluruh lini
usaha yang berjalan efektif.
Memperkuat Sumber Daya Manusia
Salah satu langkah strategis kami dalam mempersiapkan
berbagai perubahan yang cepat adalah memperkuat
kompetensi
sumber
daya
manusia
(SDM).
Kami
melaksanakan
program
pengembangan
kompetensi
karyawan secara intensif dan meningkatkan perolehan
sertifikasi bagi pekerjaan tertentu yang memerlukan
keahlian.
Di samping itu, kami juga mulai melakukan penjajakan
kerja sama dengan beberapa universitas di Indonesia
untuk mendapatkan talenta yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi
dan persyaratan Perseroan sebagai bagian dari program
Management Trainee (MT) yang akan segera dimulai.
Several significant electrical projects were also affected and
postponed in 2020. For example, the large-scale project
from the Government and the 35,000 MW Electricity Supply
Business Plan (RUPTL) were postponed with the completion
target being revised. As a result, all high voltage cable
manufactures were also affected. Hence, to overcome the
situation, we strengthened our building cable segment in the
domestic market while diversifying our product range.
In General, the Company’s financial performance in 2020 was
deemed acceptable under the pandemic condition. Revenue
was recorded at Rp1.83 trillion, proving that the Company’s
operational activities were still running. Nett profit was
recorded at Rp2.78 billion. This performance was supported
by an effective implementation of efficiency strategy in all
lines of operation.
Strengthening Human Resources
Another strategic measures in overcoming the dynamic
industry is to strengthen the human resources aspect.
Building employees competency may be achieved by
implementing enrichment program and course sponsorship
especially for skillsets that requires certain certification.
Furthermore, we started to engage in partnership with
several universities in Indonesia to recruit their top talents
who will fulfill the Company’s requirements as a part of the
Management Trainee (MT) program which will be initiated
soon.
