Sinergi dengan Anak Perusahaan
Kami juga terus mempererat sinergi antara Perseroan
dengan Anak Perusahaan untuk mendukung rantai pasokan
dan distribusi produk yang lancar ke pelanggan. Sinergi yang
kuat akan mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional
dan pada saat yang sama juga membangun budaya
keberlanjutan yang akan memperkuat pencapaian visi dan
misi Perseroan.
Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik
Penerapan tata kelola perusahaan sepanjang tahun
2020 telah berjalan dengan baik. Pengawasan terhadap
penerapan tata kelola di internal Perseroan dilakukan
langsung oleh Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris.
Untuk lebih memastikan pelaksanaan tata kelola
perusahaan yang baik, Perseroan membentuk Komite
Good
Corporate Governance
(GCG) yang berada di bawah Dewan
Komisaris. Sementara itu, di bawah Direksi terkait tugas dan
tanggung jawab pelaksanaan GCG, dibentuklah Unit
Good
Corporate Governance
(GCG) pada awal tahun 2021. Kami
berharap dengan adanya Komite GCG dan Unit GCG, maka
pengendalian internal Perseroan dapat lebih kuat dan tata
kelola Perseroan dapat lebih tertata.
Penerapan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan
Komitmen Perseroan untuk menerapkan GCG yang unggul
juga didukung oleh pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial
(
corporate social responsibility
/CSR) program yang berbasis
pada standar ISO 26000
Social Responsibility
(SR). Saat ini,
Perseroan telah siapuntukmelakukanevaluasi danpenilaian
atas pelaksanaan CSR ini. Kami berharap, penerapan
CSR dapat lebih komprehensif dan efektif sehingga dapat
mendukung keberlanjutan Perseroan, serta berdampak
positif bagi pemangku kepentingan dan lingkungan.
Subsidiary Synergy
We continuously strengthen the Company’s synergy with
its subsidiaries to ensure smooth supply chain and product
distribution to our customers. A strong synergy will improve
the effectiveness of operational activities and at the same
time drive the establishment of a sustainable culture that is
in line with the Company’s vision and mission.
Implementation of Good Corporate Governance
The implementation of corporate governance in 2020 has
been carried out properly. Supervision of the corporate
governance’s implementation in the internal company is
carried out directly by the Board of Directors and the Board
of Commissioners.
To further ensure the implementation of good corporate
governance, the Company established Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) Committee under the Board of
Commissioners. Meanwhile under the Board of Directors,
regarding the duties and responsibilities of GCG
implementation, the Company formed a Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) Unit in early 2021. We expect that the
existence of the GCG Committee and GCG Unit will improve
the Company’s internal control and corporate governance
can be more organized.
Corporate Social Responsibility
The Company’s commitment in GCG implementation
is in conjunction with the implementation of corporate
social responsibility (CSR) program according to ISO 26000
Social Responsibility (SR). At present, the Company is also
equipped with CSR’s evaluation and assessment. Hence,
more comprehensive CSR programs can be implemented
effectively in support to the Company’s sustainability and
contributing positive impact to the stakeholders and the
environment in general.
