Pada tanggal 26 Juni 2013, PME menerima
fasilitas pinjaman pembiayaan perdagangan
No. 422C/TM/COM-NEW/06/2013 dari ANZ
dengan
batas
fasilitas
sebesar
Rp40.000.000.000 yang dipergunakan untuk
memberi diskon piutang milik PME dari para
pembeli yang disetujui. Jangka waktu fasilitas
kredit adalah 12 bulan sejak tanggal perjanjian
dan dikenakan tingkat suku bunga sebesar
9,75% per tahun (mengambang sesuai
dengan kondisi pasar atas kebijakan ANZ).
Pada bulan Juli 2014, PME telah melunasi
pinjaman ini.
On June 26, 2013, PME obtained trade
finance loan facility No. 422C/TM/COM-
NEW/06/2013 from ANZ with maximum facility
amounting to Rp40,000,000,000 to discount
PME’s receivables from the approved buyers.
The term of the credit facility is valid for 12
months since agreement date and is subject to
interest rate of 9.75% per annum (floating
subject to market condition at the ANZ’s
discretion). In July 2014, PME has fully repaid
this loan.
