Kabel Fiber
Realisasi produksi tahun 2016 sebesar 5.115 ton, menurun
1.079 ton atau 17 % dibandingkan tahun 2015 yang sebesar
6.194 ton. Produksi fiber optic menurun disebabkan karena
penjualan kabel menurun.
Nilai penjualan produk kabel fiber pada tahun 2016 sebesar
Rp282 juta, menurun sebesar Rp20 miliar, atau sebesar 7%
dibandingakan tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp303 miliar. Nilai
penjualan menurun seriring dengan permintaan konsumen
yang menurun. Menurunnya nilai penjualan ber banding
lurus dengan menurunnya profitabilitas dari sektor produksi
kabel telekomunikasi, dimana pada produk ini perusahaan
dapat membukukan laba kotor sebesar Rp 53 miliar menurun
sebesar 5% dari tahun yang lalu.
Kabel Kawat Tembaga
Realisasi produksi tahun 2016 sebesar 5.513 ton, menurun
478 ton atau 8% dibandingkan tahun 2015 yang sebesar
5.991 ton. Produksi menurun dikarenakan pembanguan untuk
perumahan, gedung perkantoran dan apartemen mengalami
penurunan yang berdampak pada menurunnya penjualan
kabel kawat tembaga
Nilai penjualan produk kabel listrik pada tahun 2016 sebesar
Rp311 miliar, menurun sebesar Rp91 miliar atau sebesar
23% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp402
miliar. Nilai penjualan menurun seriring dengan permintaan
konsumen yang menurun. Menurunnya nilai penjualan ber
banding lurus dengan menurunnya profitabilitas dari sektor
produksi kabel telekomunikasi, dimana pada produk ini
perusahaan dapat membukukan laba kotor sebesar Rp 30
miliar menurun sebesar 21% dari tahun yang lalu. Hal ini juga
dipengaruhi oleh prestasi departemen produksi dimana dapat
memproduksi produk secara lebih efisien.
Fiber Cable
In 2016, production realization amounted to 5.115 tons,
decrease 1.079 tons or 17% compared to 2015 which
amounted to 6.149 tons. Production was decrease because
the lowering of cable sales.
In 2016, sales for fiber cable amounted to Rp282 Million,
decrease Rp20 Billion or 7% from previous year which
amounted Rp 303 Billion. The sales decrease concomitant
with the lowering of customer's demand. The lowering of
sales directly proportional with the lowering of profitability
from telecommunication cable production sector, which in
this product, the Company recorded gross profit amounted
to Rp53 Billion, decrease by 5% from last year.
Copper Wire Cable
Production realization amounted to 5.513 tons in 2016,
decrease 478 tons or 8% from 2015 which amounted 5.991
tons. Production decrease because of construction for
housing, office building and apartment are decrease which
affect into the lowering of Copper Wire Cable sales.
The copper wire cable sales amounted to Rp311 Billion in
2016, decrease by Rp91 Billion or 23% compare to previous
year which amounted to Rp402 Billion. The sales decrease in
line with the lowering of the customer's demand. The lowering
of sales directly proportional with the decrease of profitability
from telecommunication cable production sector, which for
this product, the Company record gross profit amounted to
Rp30 Billion, decrease by 21% from last year. This things also
affected by production department achievement which can
make the efficient production.
Kabel Listrik
Realisasi produksi tahun 2016 sebesar 33.549 ton, meningkat
11.437 ton atau 52% dibandingkan tahun 2015 yang hanya
sebesar 22.112 ton. Produksi meningkat karena permintaan
untuk kabel listrik meningkat.
Nilai penjualan produk kabel listrik pada tahun 2016 sebesar
Rp1.336 miliar, meningkat sebesar Rp 499 miliar atau sebesar
60% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang hanya sebesar
Rp837 miliar. Meningkatnya nilai penjualan berbanding lurus
dengan meningkatnya profitabilitas dari sektor produksi listrik,
dimana pada produk ini perusahaan dapat membukukan
laba kotor sebesar Rp 336 miliar meningkat sebesar 220 %
dari tahun yang lalu. Hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh prestasi
departemen produksi dimana dapat memproduksi produk
secara lebih efisien.
Power Cable
In 2016, production realization amounted to 33.549 tons,
increase 52% compared to 2015 which amounted to 22.112
tons. Production was increase because the increment of
demand for power cable.
In 2016, sales for power cable amounted to Rp1.336 Billion,
increase by Rp499 Billion or 60% from previous year which
only amounted Rp837 Billion. The increment of sales directly
proportional with the increment of profitability in electricity
production, which in this product, company recorded gross
profit Rp336 Billion, increase by 220% from last year. This is
also affected by production departments' achievement who
can produced product efficiently.
