Liabilitas
Total liabilitas perseroan mangalami penurunan sebesar 2,67%
atau senilai Rp27 miliar selama Tahun 2016, dari Rp1,026
triliun menjadi Rp999 miliar pada akhir Tahun 2016. Penurunan
liabilitas terutama yang paling signifikan diakibatkan oleh
berkurangnya pinjaman bank jangka pendek dan surat hutang
jangka menengah dari Rp542 miliar menjadi Rp394 miliar.
lIabIlItas jangka Pendek
Liabilitas jangka pendek Perseroan pada akhir tahun
2016 mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,81% atau senilai
Rp18 miliar. Pengaruh terbesar dari penurunan tersebut
dikarenakan oleh pinjaman bank jangka pendek dan surat
hutang jangka menengah yang mengalami penurunan dari
Rp542 miliar menjadi Rp394 miliar.
lIabIlItas jangka Panjang
Liabilitas jangka panjang Perseroan pada akhir tahun 2016
mengalami penurunan sebesar 23,72% atau senilai Rp9,59
miliar. Pengaruh terbesar dari penurunan tersebut adalah
dari turunya dana syirkah temporer menjadi nihil, dimana
sebelumnya pada tahun 2015 sebesar Rp7,8 miliar.
Liability
The company's total liabilities decreased by 2.67% or Rp27
billion in 2016, from Rp1,026 trillion to Rp999 trillion. Drop
in liabilities is mainly due to the decrease in short term bank
loan and middle term notes from Rp542 Billion to Rp 394
Billlion.
Current lIabIlItIes
At the end of 2016, short-term liabilities of the Company
decrease by 1.81% or Rp18 billion. The greatest impact of
the lowering is come from the decrease in short term bank
loan and middle term notes from Rp542 Billion to Rp 394
Billlion.
non-Current lIabIlItIes
At the end of 2016, the Company's long-term liabilities
decreased by 23.72% or Rp 9.59 billion. The greatest impact
of the lowering is the decrease in temporary syirkah funds to
zero, where previously in 2015 amounted to Rp 7.8 billion.
aset lanCaR
Aset lancar Perseroan pada tahun 2016 meningkat sebesar
12,10%menjadi Rp1,29 triliun dibandingkan tahun 2015 sebesar
Rp1,15 triliun. Kenaikan aset lancar terutama disebabkan oleh
adanya kenaikan piutang pihak ketiga sebesar Rp106 miliar.

Aset tidak lancar Perseroan pada tahun 2016 menurun
sebesar 2% menjadi Rp377 miliar dibandingkan tahun 2015
sebesar Rp384 miliar. Hal ini sebagian besar dipengaruhi
oleh penurunan aset lain-lain sebesar Rp13,1 miliar atau
21,43% dari nilai tahun 2015.

Aset tetap bersih Perseroan pada tahun 2016 meningkat
sebesar 3% menjadi Rp295 miliar dibandingkan tahun
2015 sebesar Rp286 miliar.

Aset pajak tangguhan Perseroan pada tahun 2016
menurun sebesar 80.76% menjadi Rp6,9 miliar
dibandingkan tahun 2015 sebesar Rp36 miliar.

Aset lain-lain Perseroan pada tahun 2016 meningkat
sebesar 21,43% menjadi Rp75 miliar dibandingkan
tahun 2015 sebesar Rp61,9 miliar.
Current assets
In 2016, the Company's current assets increased by 12.10%
from Rp1.15 trillion to Rp1.29 trillion. The increment in
current assets due to an increase in third party receivables
by Rp106 Billion.
non-Current assets
In 2016, the Company's non-current assets decreased by 2%
from Rp384 billion to Rp377 billion. It is mostly influenced by
a decrease in other assets amounted to Rp13.1 billion, or
21.43% from 2015.

Company's Net Fixed Assets in 2016 increased by
3% to Rp295 billion compared to in 2015, which was
Rp286 billion.

Deferred tax assets of the Company in 2016 decrease by
80,76%, from Rp36 billion to Rp6,9 billion.

other assets
In 2016, the Company's Other Assets increased by
21,43% to Rp75 billion from Rp61,9 billion in 2015.
Ekuitas
Nilai ekuitas pada akhir periode tahun 2016 adalah sebesar
Rp669 miliar. Nilai ini bertambah sebesar 31,27% dari tahun
2015, atau meningkat sebesar Rp159 miliar. Kenaikan ini
sebagian besar disumbang oleh kenaikan saldo laba.
Equity
At the end of 2016, total equity amounted to Rp669 billion.
This value increased by 31.27% from 2015, or an increase
of Rp159 billion. This increase is mostly contributed by the
increase in retained earnings.
