Tidak terdapat hal-hal yang berpotensi berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perusahaan pada tahun buku
terakhir. Perusahaan meyakini hal ini berdasarkan:
1. Laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh Kantor Akuntan
Publik Gani Sigiro & Handayani menyatakan bahwa
opini laporan keuangan Tahun 2016 adalah wajar tanpa
pengecualian (WTP)
2. Perusahaan berhasil membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp2
Triliyun pada Tahun 2016, mengalami peningkatan sebesar
26,58% dari tahun sebelumnya. Perusahaan juga berhasil
membukukan laba komprehensif sebesar Rp159 Miliar
3. Rasio keuangan Perusahaan Tahun 2016 menunjukkan
hasil positif. Rasio Lancar sebesar 133 %mencerminkan
kemampuan Perusahaan sangat baik untuk memenuhi
seluruh kewajibannya. Rasio laba bersih terhadap ekuitas
sebesar 24,45% dan ROI sebesar 9,54% menunjukkan
kemampuan perusahaan yang baik dalam menghasilkan
return terhadap ekuitas dan investasi.
4. Tidak terdapat gugatan hukum yang menuntut pailit
terhadap Perusahaan.
There are things that are potentially significant effect on
the sustainability of the Company's in last fiscal year. The
Company believes this is based on:
1. Financial statement published by Public Accountant
Gani Sigiro & Handayani stated the opinion of the
financial statement 2016 is unqualified.
2. The company recorded revenue amounted to Rp 2
trillion in 2016, increase by 26.58% from the previous
year. The Company also achieved a comprehensive
income amounted to Rp159 Billion
3. The Company's financial ratios 2016 showed positive
results. Current ratio which amounted to 133% reflects
the excellent ability of the Company to meet all its
liabilities. The ratio of net profit to equity ratio amounted
to 24.45% and the ROI amounted to 9.54% indicate the
company's ability to generate good returns on equity
and investments.
4. There is no lawsuit that sue the bankruptcy of the
company.
