Tujuan Penerapan GCG
Objective of GCG Implementation
Sejumlah acuan peraturan yang melandasi penerapan GCG
di lingkungan Perusahaan adalah sebagai berikut:
• Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang
Perseroan Terbatas.
• Pedoman Umum GCG di Indonesia, diterbitkan oleh
Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance 2006 (KNKG –
2006).
• Anggaran Dasar PT Voksel
A number of regulation that underlie the GCG
implementation in Company's environment are as follow:
• Law No. 40 of 2007 about Limited Company
• General Guidelines of GCG in Indonesia, published by
National Committee of Governance Policy 2006 (KNKG
2006)
• Article of Association of PT Voksel
Voksel berkomitmen menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GCG
secara konsisten dengan tujuan sebagai berikut:
1. Meningkatkan kepercayaan dari seluruh pemegang
saham dan pemangku kepentingan.
2. Mengoptimalkan pengelolaan Perusahaan.
3. Menciptakan struktur organisasi yang efektif dengan
kejelasan fungsi, tugas dan kewajiban masing-masing
Organ Perusahaan guna meningkatkan efektifitas
pengambilan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan bisnis
Perusahaan.
4. Meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan melalui kepatuhan
terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
5. Meningkatkan profesionalisme Sumber Daya Manusia di
Perusahaan dengan menerapkan mekanisme penilaian
kinerja yang obyektif dan transparan.
6. Menciptakan reputasi dan pencitraan positif Perusahaan
melalui pengelolaan perusahaan yang bertanggung-
jawab serta pelaksanaan kegiatan Tanggung Jawab
Sosial Perusahaan.
Voksel is committed to implement GCG principles with the
following objectives:
1. Increasing the confidence of all shareholders and
stakeholders.
2. Optimizing the management of the Company.
3. Creating an effective organizational structure with clear
functions, duties and responsibilities of each organ of the
Company in order to improve the effectiveness of policy-
making and implementation of the Company's business.
4. Improving the performance of the Company through
obedience to the laws and regulations in force.
5. Increasing the professionalism of Human Resources in
the Company by applying an objective and transparent
performance assessment mechanism.
6. Creating the reputation and positive image of the
Company through a management company that is
responsible as well as the implementation of Corporate
Social Responsibility.
