As of December 31, 2016, the Board of Directors in Voksel
consists of 6 people, with the following composition:
Direksi merupakan Organ Perusahaan yang bertanggung
jawab secara kolegial terutama dalam memimpin dan
mengelola jalannya pengurusan Perusahaan sesuai dengan
visi, misi, dan tujuan Perusahaan termasuk kapabilitas
untuk mewakili Perusahaan di luar dan di dalam pengadilan.
Pelaksanaan tugas Direksi dibatasi oleh ketentuan Anggaran
Dasar dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

especially in lead and manage the Company management
compatible with vision, mission, and Company's goal
including the capability in representing the Company both
outside and inside of the court. The Board of Director's
duties implementation restricted by the Article of Association
and applicable law.
