Melalui divisi, departemen dan unit kerja yang
aktif terlibat dalam pengawasan, Perseroan
memiliki mekanisme kerja yang menerima laporan
pelanggaran kode etik perusahaan, antara lain
yang berindikasi penyimpangan (
fraud
). Laporan
pelanggaran dapat juga disampaikan kepada
Komite Etika Bisnis. Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan
melakukan pengusutan atas laporan dan mengambil
tindakan yang diperlukan. Selain itu, Perseroan
akan melakukan tindakan perbaikan yang dianggap
penting guna mencegah pelanggaran yang sama di
kemudian hari.
Through divisions, departments and work units that
are actively involved in supervision, the Company
has a working mechanism that receives reports of
violations of the Company’s code of ethics, among
others, which indicate fraud. Reports of violations
can also be submitted to the Business Ethics
Committee. Furthermore, the Company will conduct
an investigation on the report and take the necessary
actions. In addition, the Company will take corrective
actions that are considered important in order to
prevent similar violations in the future.
