Perseroan menempatkan karyawan sebagai aset

(K3). Pelaksanaan CSR bidang K3 dan kebijakan
ketenagakerjaan
di
Perseroan
berlandaskan
kepada Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 2003 tentang
Ketenagakerjaan.
Komitmen Perseroan dalam melaksanakan praktik
K3 sesuai
best practice
dan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia
juga diaktualisasikan melalui perolehan sertifikat
SMK3 dengan kategori kepatuhan Emas dan OHSAS
18001:2007 Tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan
dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3).
The Company places employees as assets of the
Company in the implementation of social responsibility
in the field of Occupational Safety and Health SHE.
The implementation of CSR in SHE and employment
policies in the Company is based on Act No. 13 of 2003
concerning Labor.
The Company’s commitment to implementing SHE
practices corresponding with best practices and
applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia is also
actualized through the acquisition of SMK3 certificates
with the category of Gold and OHSAS 18001: 2007
compliance with Occupational Safety and Health
Management System

Aktivitas K3 Tahun 2018
Berikut adalah pelaksanaan aktivitas K3 selama
tahun 2018:
1.
Donor Darah Ke-2, bekerja sama dengan PMI
Sukabumi
Donor darah merupakan salah satu kegiatan
yang paling memberikan maslahat dalam
Program CSR PT Voksel Electric Tbk., tahun
2018. Program donor darah sangat membantu
masyarakat dalam memenuhi kelangkaan
kebutuhan akan suplai darah. Di lain sisi,
peserta yang notabene merupakan Karyawan
PT Voksel Electric Tbk, mendapatkan manfaat
dari donor darah yang mereka ikuti, khususnya
dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan.
Perseroan menilai program donor darah
sangat baik bagi kemaslahatan banyak pihak

Following are the implementation of SHE activities
during 2018:
1.
2nd Blood Donor, cooperating with PMI Sukabumi
Blood donation is one of the most contributing
activities in the CSR program of PT Voksel Electric
Tbk., in 2018. The blood donation program helps
the community to meet the scarcity of the need
for blood supply. On the other hand, participants
who in fact are employees of PT Voksel Electrik
Tbk., are benefited from the blood donors they
participated in, especially in improving their
quality of health. The Company considers the
blood donor program to be very good for the
benefit of many parties so that it has the potential
to be held again in the CSR program of PT Voksel
Electric Tbk. in the coming year.

Community Empowerment
Regarding the implementation of CSR in the social
sector, the Company allocated total CSR costs of
Rp670,000,000 in 2018.
