Perseroan
juga
mendukung

kesejahteraan dan taraf hidup karyawan dan keluarganya.
Bentuk dukungan tersebut diwujudkan dengan pemberian
fasilitas-fasilitas seperti:
a) Tunjangan duka;
b) Tunjangan kelahiran;
c) Tunjangan pendidikan;
d) Bantuan pendidikan dan beasiswa bagi anak karyawan;
e) Tunjangan pernikahan;
f) Tunjangan hari raya;
g) Fasilitas dan sumbangan olahraga;
h) Paket rekreasi untuk karyawan.
Di masa pandemi COVID-19, Perseroan percaya bahwa
produktivitas akan tetap terjaga seiring dengan terjaganya
kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan. Oleh sebab itu,
sebagai bentuk dukungan Perseroan terhadap pencegahan
pandemi COVID-19, Perseroanmelakukan beberapa program
seperti:
1. Mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan terkait
New Normal,
kebijakan penanggulangan COVID-19, kebijakan
work
fromhome
(WFH), kebijakan dinas luar kantor/kota, serta
kebijakan sales;
2. Absensi dengan melakukan pengecekan suhu;
3. Pengecekan suhu dan masker bagi pengunjung dan
vendor;
4. Penyedian
hand sanitizer
di setiap pintu dan lokasi
strategis lainnya;
5. Penerapan jaga jarak dan pembatasan kapasitas
ruangan;
6. Penerapan
meeting
secara daring;
7. Penyemprotan disinfektan; dan
8. Pemberian bantuan Paket Peduli yang berupa sembako
dan alat pengukur suhu kepada seluruh karyawan.
Perseroan juga memberikan edukasi kepada karyawannya
terkait kepatuhan terhadap protokol COVID-19 seperti
pemasangan

di lobby dan
lift
, pemasangan poster di area absen
dan potensial lainnya, serta sosialisasi upaya pencegahan
COVID-19 yang bekerja sama dengan Kementerian
Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker).
The Company also supports the effort to increase the welfare
and standard of living of its employees and their families.
The support is realized through the following facilities:
a) Grieving allowance;
b) Maternity allowance;
c) Educational allowance;
d) Education and scholarship for employee’s children.
e) Marriage allowance;
f) Holiday allowance;
g) Sports donation and facility;
h) Recreational package for employees.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company believes
that its productivity can still be maintained along with
its employee’s health and safety. Therefore, as a form of
the Company’s support to prevent the spread of COVID-19
pandemic, the Company carries out the following programs:
1. Issuing several policies related to New Normal, COVID-19
countermeasures policy, work from home (WFH) policy,
out of office/city service policy, and sales policy;
2. Attendance through body temperature check;
3. Checking body temperature and ask for guest and
vendor;
4. Providing hand sanitizer in every doors and other
strategic locations;
5. Implementing social distancing and limitation of room
capacity;
6. Implementing online meeting;
7. Spraying disinfectant; and
8. Donating Care Package in form of daily necessity and
tempereature measuring device to all employees.
The Company also educates its employees related to the
compliance towards COVID-19 protocols by installing
banned in Gedung Biru area, installing X-Banned at lobby
and lift, installing poster in absency area and other potential
area, as well as socializing the COVID-19 countermeasure
efforts through collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower
(Kemnaker).
