Complaint Mechanism Related to Environment
Perseroan memiliki akses bagi masyarakat dan pemangku
kepentingan untuk melaporkan dampak negatif kegiatan
operasional Perseroan terkait lingkungan. Mekanisme
pengaduan masalah lingkungan dapat diakses melalui
alamat email
.
Di sisi lain, Perseroan juga membuka akses pengaduan
masalah lingkungan dengan bertemu secara langsung.
Pengaduanmasalah lingkungan langsung akan dikelola oleh
Divisi terkait hubungan industri dan Musyawarah Pimpinan
Kecamatan (MUSPIKA).
Wujud komitmen Perseroan terhadap kegiatan ramah
lingkungan dan upaya pelestarian lingkungan terbukti
dengan tidak adanya pengaduan masalah lingkungan yang
diterima Perseroan di sepanjang tahun 2020.
The Company provides access for the community
and stakeholders to submit complaint related to the
negative impact of the Company’s operational to
the environment. The complaint mechanism related
to environment can be submitted to email address
.
On the other hand, the Company also provides access to
environmental complaints through direct meeting. The
complaint will be processed directly by Division related to
industrial relation and the Sub-District Head Discussion
Forum (MUSPIKA).
The form of the Company’s commitment towards
environmentally-friendly activities and environmental
preservation efforts are proven by the absence of complaint
related to environment received by the Company throughout
2020.
