Paket Remunerasi Dewan Komisaris diputuskan oleh
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) berdasarkan
Berita Acara RUPS PT Voksel Electric Tbk., tanggal
25 Mei 2018 No. 67.
Sesuai wewenang yang ditetapkan oleh RUPS,
remunerasi yang nilainya ditetapkan dalam Rapat
Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi wajib diberikan kepada
setiap Anggota Dewan Komisaris dalam menjalankan
tugasnya. Selama tahun 2018, total remunerasi
Dewan Komisaris adalah sebesar Rp3.338.433.086.
Pada tahun 2018, Dewan Komisaris melakukan 3
(tiga) kali Rapat Komisaris dan 11 (sebelas) kali rapat
bersama Direksi dengan data kehadiran sebagai
berikut:
The Board of Commissioners Remuneration Package
was decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders
(GMS) based on the Minutes of GMS of PT Voksel
Electric Tbk., dated May 25, 2018 No. 67.
In accordance with the authority stipulated by the GMS,
remuneration whose value is determined in the Board
of Commissioners and Directors’ Meetings must be
given to each Member of the Board of Commissioners in
carrying out their duties. Throughout 2018, total Board
of Commissioners remuneration in 2018 amounted
Rp3,338,433,086.
In 2018, the Board of Commissioners held 3 (three)
times Board of Commissioners meetings and 11 (eleven)
times of joint meeting with the Board of Directors with
the following attendance:
