Kinerja Dewan Komisaris dinilai secara kolegial
maupun individu melalui mekanisme mandiri setiap
tahunnya berdasarkan atas tingkat pencapaian
Perseroan dibandingkan dengan target (Key
Performance Indicator) yang telah disepakati.
Evaluasi kinerja Dewan Komisaris juga dilakukan
dengan mempertimbangkan tugas dan tanggung
jawab Dewan Komisaris sesuai dengan peraturan
perundang-undangan dan/atau Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan.
Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi
Sesuai dengan peraturan OJK, Komite Nominasi dan
Remunerasi memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap
Dewan Komisaris dalam membantu fungsi dan tugas
Dewan Komisaris terkait nominasi dan remunerasi
sesuai dengan prinsip tata kelola perusahaan
yang baik. Dengan demikian, kinerja Komite dapat
diidentifikasi melalui laporan, evaluasi dan/atau
rekomendasi yang dibuat oleh Komite dalam
menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada
Dewan Komisaris.
The performance of the Board of Commissioners
is assessed collegially and individually through an
independent mechanism every year based on the
level of achievement of the Company compared to
the designated target (Key Performance Indicator).
Evaluation of the performance of the Board of
Commissioners is also carried out by considering
the duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Commissioners in accordance with the laws and
regulations and/or the Articles of Association of the
Company.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee
In accordance with OJK regulations, the Nomination
and Remuneration Committee have responsibilities to
the Board of Commissioners in assisting the functions
and duties of the Board of Commissioners related to
nominations and remuneration that are accordance
with the principles of good corporate governance.
Hence, the Committee’s performance can be identified
through reports, evaluations and/or recommendations
made by the Committee in carrying out its duties and
responsibilities to the Board of Commissioners.
