Per 31 Desember 2018, Perseroan telah membentuk
Komite di bawah Direksi yaitu Komite CSR (Corporate
Social Responsibility) dan Komite Etika Bisnis.
Kinerja Komite CSR dinilai dengan mengevaluasi
realisasi atas tugas dan tanggung jawab Komite
sepanjang periode tahun 2018, khususnya terkait
pelaksanaan dan pemantauan kegiatan CSR
Perseroan selama tahun 2018. Direksi menilai
Komite CSR telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung
jawab dengan baik dan program-program CSR
yang dijalankan dapat terselenggara sebagaimana
seharusnya.
Di satu sisi, kinerja Komite Etika Bisnis dinilai dengan
mengevaluasi realisasi atas tugas dan tanggung
jawab komite sepanjang tahun 2018, khususnya
terkait pelaksanaan dan pemantauan penerapan
kebijakan Etika Bisnis dalam lingkup Perseroan.
Dewan Direksi menilai Komite Etika Bisnis telah
menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan baik.

As of December 31, 2018, the Company has established
Committees under the Board of Directors, such as
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Committee and
Business Ethics Committee.
The performance of the CSR Committee was assessed
by evaluating the realization of the duties and
responsibilities of the Committee throughout the
period of 2018, especially related to CSR activity
implementation and monitoring in 2018. The Board
of Directors considers that the CSR Committee has
carried out its duties and responsibilities well and that
the CSR programs implemented can be carried out as
they should.
On one side, the performance of the Business
Ethics Committee was assessed by evaluating the
realization of the duties and responsibilities of the
committee throughout 2018, specifically related to the
implementation and monitoring of the implementation
of Business Ethics policies within the Company. The
Board of Directors considers the Business Ethics
Committee to carry out its duties and responsibilities
well.
