Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019 dan 2018,
sejumlah aset tetap Grup juga dijadikan sebagai
jaminan atas utang Bank (Catatan 18
dan 24).
As of December 31, 2019 and 2018, certain of
Group’s property, plant and equipment are also
pledged as collateral for Bank loans (Notes 18 and
24).
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019, aset tetap,
kecuali tanah, telah diasuransikan atas risiko
kerugian akibat kebakaran dan risiko lainnya
kepada pihak ketiga dengan nilai pertanggungan
sebesar Rp379,01 milyar, EUR4,81 juta, USD2,43
juta dan CHY3,75 juta (2018: Rp470,79 milyar,
EUR193 ribu, dan USD3,38 juta). Manajemen
berkeyakinan pertanggungan tersebut cukup untuk
menutupi kemungkinan kerugian atas risiko yang
dipertanggungkan tersebut.
As of December 31, 2019, property, plant and
equipment, except land, are covered by insurance
against losses from fire and other risks through
third parties with total coverage of Rp379.01
billions, EUR4.81 millions, USD2.43 millions and
CHY3.75 million (2018: Rp470.79 billions, EUR193
thousands and USD3.38 millions). Management is
of the opinion that the insurance coverage is
adequate to cover possible losses that may arise
from the insured risks.

Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019, PME memiliki
investasi pada MBG, entitas asosiasi, sebesar
Rp26.554.627.821.
Sementara
itu,
pada
31 Desember 2018 investasi di MBG dimiliki oleh
PME
dan
BPS masing-masing
sebesar
Rp22.731.034.232 dan Rp2.689.291.067.
As of December 31, 2019, PME has an investment
in
MBG,

associate,
amounted
of
Rp26,554,627,821.
Meanwhile,
as
of
December 31, 2018 investment in MBG owned by
PME
and
BPS
each
amounted
to
Rp22,731,034,232
and
Rp2,689,291,067,
respectively.
Berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 13 pada tanggal
20 Desember 2019 dari notaris Audra Melanie
Nicole Manembu, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., PME
memperoleh tambahan saham MBG dari BPS
sebesar Rp5 milyar. Perolehan ini telah dilaporkan
dan diterima oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia masing-masing dalam
Surat Penerimaan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0380003
tahun 2019.
Based on Notarial Deed No. 13 dated
December 20, 2019 of Notary Audra Melanie
Nicole Manembu, SH., MH., M.Kn., the Company
acquired additional MBG’s share from BPS
amounted to Rp5 billions. The acquirement were
reported to and accepted by the Ministry of Laws
and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in
its acknowledgement Letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-
0380003 in 2019.
