Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usaha, Voksel senantiasa
memperhatikan aspek kepatuhan terhadap peraturan
yang berlaku dan juga peraturan-peraturan yang memiliki
keterkaitan dengan lingkup usaha Perusahaan. Sampai
laporan ini disusun tidak terdapat perkara hukum yang
dihadapi Perusahaan.
In carrying out business activities, Voksel always pay
attention to the compliance aspect to the applicable laws
and regulations that have relevance to the scope of the
Company's business. Until the preparation of this report
there is no legal matters faced by the Company.

Sepanjang tahun 2016, tidak ada perkara hukum yang
dihadapi oleh Entitas Anak maupun terkait dengan Dewan
Komisaris dan Direksi Entitas Anak.
Sepanjang tahun 2016, tidak ada perkara hukum yang
melibatkan Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Voksel.
Voksel tidak terlibat di dalam kegiatan politik dan tidak
memberikan donasi atau bantuan untuk kepentingan politik.
Sedangkan kepedulian terhadap masalah sosial merupakan
bagian penting dari tugas dan tanggung jawab Voksel kepada
masyarakat. Uraian lebih lengkap mengenai kegiatan social
terdapat pada bagian Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan
pada Laporan Tahunan ini.
During 2016, there is no lawsuit that faced by Subsidiary or
related to the Boards of Subsidiary.
During 2016, there is no lawsuit that is involved with the
Board of Commissioner and the Board of Director of Voksel.
Voksel is not involved in politic activity and does not give
donation or help for politic interest. Whereas the concern
for social problem is important thing of the duties and
responsibilities of Voksel to the society. The complete

Social Responsibility part in this Annual Report.
